"We loved this rental so much we extended our stay. Its very spacious I love the back patio and the upstairs is like a private bungalow. There were a couple items left in the mini fridges but i was a housekeeper before and its a common mistake."

Great stay

"It all begins with the staff at Lotus. Every staff person I did business with was friendly, helpful, and had all the right answers. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast each morning was terrific, with both unhealthy options (my favorite) like biscuits/gravy, coffee, sausages but also healthy options like eggs, milk and yogurt. Housekeeping was helpful but not intrusive. The front desk people even took care of my backpack on my last day at Lotus, so that I could attend my Royals baseball game without having to pay for another night! I will definitely stay at Lotus next time I am in KC for baseball. The Lotus people know what they are doing in the hotel business. I felt like a guest, not a boarder. "
