"After arriving from Greece minus our luggage the young lady on reception was extremely helpful sorting dental packs for us and making sure we had everything we needed, staff in the restaurant for breakfast were also very nice along with any other staff we encountered. Lovely clean spacious room with everything you could need. We did think the bar closed quite early( 23:00)."

"Nice and clean hotel room, bit noisy being city centre, windows are old and felt but dodgy, great central location and close to the shops, felt very safe with security on the door at night checking everyone was supposed to be there. Friendly staff who were very helpful. "

"Location for us was spot on. loved the Decor, self check in was really simple but there were staff on hand and were lovely regardless. Rainfall shower was Amazing and loved the fact we could wind down and watch our favourite podcasts on the built in streaming services on the tv, most hotels only have standard Tv channels. Would 100% stay here again. Our only gripe was that we could hear the room above run the taps and flush but it was a minor inconvenience and wouldn’t put us off coming again. Also, a shower mat in the rooms to put down in the bathroom would be handy."

"The staff were all lovely and helped with a birthday package. The hotel room was very clean and tidy. The car park was relatively close, only a 5 minute walk. It took a while to get through to someone on the phone to talk about the birthday package but when i got through they were very helpful and gave me an email address to help with any information i needed. Will definitely stay there again"
