The stargaze forum is well maintained and the staff was nice, the wifi wouldnt work in our room. Its possible to take the s-bahn train into dusseldorf, but they dont come very often, especially in the late evening and at night.

I would not stay here again if it not was absolutely necessary. Room smelled like smoke, was in a bad neighbourhood (industrial area), no AC, was warmer in the room then outside (30+ all night). It was cheap, but still not worth it If this is your only option, sleep in your car

Out first disappointment was that they didn’t have a bar even though the description says so and there is pictures of one. The employees on our first day did not speak English. However the stay was pleasant and the setup with pin for room key etc is brilliant. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast we bought was very nice and good value for money. The hotel offers a drink per person if you choose to skip cleaning of the room, which we usually do anyway. The text says 24 hour reception which is far from the case. If you have booked in advance it’s not a problem since you get all the info you need in a mail before arrival.

Daha önceden sms yada mail ile giriş kodu paylaşılacağı söylenmesine rağmen giriş kodu gelmedi ve 7/24 resepsiyonu olmadığı için 20 dakika kapıdaki telefon numarasıyla konuşup giriş kodunu almayı başardık. Odanın içindeki tv çalışmıyordu. Sabah duş aldığımızda küvetin dışına akan sular yanmayan banyo kaloriferinin dibinden alt kattaki odaya sızmış. Kapıya gelen yetkili kadın bizi suçlar şekilde konuşarak durumu izah etti. Üstüne üstlük içeri girince de odada sigara içtiğimize dair suçlayıcı bir tavırla hitap edildik. Eğer yapmadığımıza dair kararlı konuşmasak eminim yabancı olduğumuz için bize ceza ödetmeye çalışacaklardı. Check out sırasında da resepsiyonda kimse yoktu. Ortalıkta olan tek görevli restoran bölümünde kimin kahvaltı ücretini ödeyip ödemediğinin peşinde koşuyordu. Kesinlikle tercih edilmemesi gereken bir otel. Konaklamayla ilgili tek olumlu yorumumuz yatakların rahat olması.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr gutes WLAN. Einfacher Check-in. Öffentliche AC-Ladesäule direkt vor dem Eingang, leider oft von anderen zugeparkt. Gutes Frühstück ab 6 Uhr 20, mit einigen "hausgemachten" Sachen, die echt lecker sind. Zimmer zum Teil unglaublich warm, obwohl die Heizung aus ist und die Außentemperatur nicht über 16 Grad tagsüber liegt. Duschen mit Duschvorhang anstatt Duschwand. Teilweise defekte Fenster. Preis-Leistung, wenn es nur ums übernachten und frühstücken geht, ist super.
