Beautiful waterfront home located on Lake Avalon. 85' of lake frontage available for use. Lake Avalon is one of the cleanest lakes in Michigan. There is no steps down to the beach plus there is great views of the lake from the tower that over looks the lake. There is 4 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 1 floating dock all available. There is a screened porch attached to the master bedroom to enjoy the amazing sunrise and sunset each day. There is 2 fully functional kitchens, sauna, theater room and pool table all available as well.

One of the clearest lakes I’ve ever fished on. You could see down to the bottom at 20’ & watch your minnow swim around. House was great!

Great place for a big family!
The layout was perfect for everyone to have there own space. It is always difficult for our big family to stay together. Since it was November, we didn't enjoy taking a dip in the lake but the sunset off the lake was beautiful. We would definitely consider staying again.

Perfect for family vacation
Property is extremely clean with great features and amenities. Kayaks and SUP; clean and clear sand bottom lake, awesome theater/game room, pool table, two kitchens - lots of large spaces to gather as a family and large enough to have privacy and quiet time. Kids love the lake and beach. Owners are fantastic - helpful, caring, responsive, friendly. We will be returning for a third season!

Family Vacay 2023!
This was our second time renting this property. We had so much fun together. So much space and there was nothing we lacked for. We did miss getting to use the pontoon much due to something faulty, we were really looking forward to some group rides with the littles. However it didn’t stop up from all the other things there were to do! It truly was a success! Thank you

We had a great time. The kids called it a mansion and loved the spiral staircase! We thought the lake was unbelievable! The water was amazingly clear!! Our neighbors were so kind on either side. Overall a relaxing time together that we cherished!

Hillman 2023
This is our 3rd year staying for a long weekend and my whole family loves it!! All my grandkids talk about how much fun it is and can’t wait till next year! There is so much space inside and out. Lots of beach toys, chairs, and most anything you need for outside. Inside is fully stocked with towels, kitchen stuff and plenty of room. I can’t say enough good things about it. Thanks for sharing it with us to make lasting family memories ♥️

This rental = perfection!
This was our 7th annual family trip and we've stayed at several Michigan locations and this is BY FAR our favorite stay. Our group age range is 4 to 70 and it had something for everyone. The theater room, the pool table, kayaks, paddleboat, corn hole, TONS of beach and water toys were all enjoyed by all. The house is massive and had enough space for us all to spread out which can be difficult with a group of our size. Plenty of linens, towels, two well equipped kitchens, though we really only needed to use one because it was plenty spacious and we mostly hungout on the lower level. We were a little worried about not having AC but it was a non-issue, even with highs in the upper 80s. Avalon Lake water is dream-like, perfectly crystal clear with a sandy bottom. You won't find another lake like it! Highly recommend this rental for your group!

Beautiful Up North Lake Home
Pictures do not do justice of how big and nice this house is! Plenty of stuff for all ages. I stayed up here for a winter event with a group of friends and had more than enough beds and room. I imagine summers on the lake are fun as well. I would not hesitate to book this house again for a large group.

This is a great property with very attentive owners.

Our extended family of 13 had a fantastic week at the Lake Avalon House. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out but still be together. The sauna, massage chair, pool table and theater room were added bonuses. Although fishing was not the greatest, everyone enjoyed the beautiful lake. Kayaking, tubing, swimming and walking in the water around most of the lake was enjoyed daily. The second kitchen especially the additional refrigerator, was a godsend as we cooked most of our meals. This was the best equipped kitchen we have ever seen in a rental. We used the firepit every night and had the pleasure of listening to the neighbor serenading with guitar and harmonica. Everyone enjoyed their stay and look forward doing it again next year.

Good times at Avalon
Easy process, good communication with owner. This was the best equipped cottage we have ever rented! Everyone had a great time and were happy with the setting and the facility. That's saying a lot when 13 people aged 22 to 77 can all be pleased. The lake is gorgeous: great for swimming and water sports. Thanks!

Family Vacation
This was our 2nd year renting and loved it just as much as the 1st year! There is so much room for everyone and there is everything there you could possibly need or want! We range in age from 60 to a 2 month old baby and everyone was happy. The beach and water are so clean with plenty of beach toys. Can’t wait to go back next year! The owners respond promptly if you have any questions or concerns. Highly recommend saying here!

A Fun Family Gathering on Lake Avalon
Our family of 14 gathered for the first time since COVID. The house served our needs well. Next time I would bring makings for smores since there is a great fire pit. The lake is lovely and we enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board.
