This 1st floor unit boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a fully enclosed patio overlooking the tennis court. The master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom has cable tv and a very comfortable king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 comfortable twin beds and also cable tv. There are grab bars in both bathrooms for your safety. The living room has a queen size pullout couch and a 50 in. cable tv. There is also a fireplace for those cold romantic nights. There is a fully stocked kitchen with pots, plates, utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixing bowls, baking dishes, cookie sheets, muffin tin, even a crock pot. There is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your use. Pool/beach towels and chairs are also available. 24/7 gated facility for your security and privacy.
The complex has a fitness center, 1 indoor pool with spa , 2 outdoor pools, tennis and basketball courts. There are picnic areas with grills, swings and also smoking areas. There is the boardwalk, nature and bike trails, and nearby parks for the nature lovers. The kids will enjoy the shells, crabs, birds and all the other wildlife around our private beach has to offer.
We provide a starter kit for your kitchen and both bathrooms. We also provide a map and information of things to do in the area such as shops, restaurants, and upcoming events.
We love our vacation home, and hope you find it warm and inviting , as much as we do when we stay here.

Great stay
We stayed here when our daughter got married. The location was perfect. The amenities..pool, gym, tennis courts…were great. This condo has an old interior; nothing fancy. Easy to communicate with the owner. Great AC (it was very hot for our visit). Would stay here again.

Perfect for a family of 4!
The space was exactly as described! The host was always helpful and responsive. It had everything we could need. Pool both indoor and outdoor. Beach access is in the parking lot! The condo was perfect with the kids bedroom with 2 twin beds with the bathroom attached. Parents room had a full bath attached. The unit came with basic essentials, which made stay so much easier!

My son and I had a fantastic stay at this Verbo. It met all our needs perfectly. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a TV, microwave, pots and pans, and a coffee pot that allows you to make either a 12-cup pot or a single serve. They even included some basics like laundry detergent and dishwasher soap. The washer and dryer in the unit were very convenient. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was very spacious. The location was great, just a short walk to the pools and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay, and Margaret, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. The price was also very reasonable. A few things to note for future guests: The beach at this location is more suited for walking and viewing rather than swimming, but you are not far from public swimming beaches. The view from the room is not great as it overlooks the tennis court, so you can't see the ocean or the pool. However, we didn't spend much time in the room anyway, so it wasn't a big issue for us. Despite these minor points, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend booking this space. Margaret even left us coupons for local activities. There is also an indoor pool with a hot tub, workout room, and sauna in the main office. They provide books, games, and videos if you need them. Note that there is no on-site resort restaurant, which is another downside, but overall, this place was great! I'd recommend it.

This is an older property that has a little wear, but was reasonably clean and comfortable. We were close to some nice restaurants and not far from the beach. We enjoyed our stay. The property owner quickly responded to any questions.

Great Hilton Head Island Experience
Great location. Very close to to Historical places on Beach City Road. Short drive to shops and restaurants. Steps from the beach. 2 outdoor pools and tennis courts. Everything you need is supplied by owner. Fantastic bed and mattress in master bedroom. TVs in each bedroom and large TV in Livingroom with Roku.

Senior Trip Getaway
I brought my daughter and her friend to Hilton Head for her senior trip and we had a blast! The home was exactly what we needed. The location was perfectly located on the ground level, close to the pool and just a short walk from the beach. It was also close to Burkes Beach where we spent one day and close to all the shopping! The home was cute, clean, and stocked with everything we needed to cook. The beds were very comfortable. Ms. Margaret was great to work with and you can tell she genuinely wants all her guests to enjoy their stay. We look forward to staying here again!

Perfect Spot!
With HHI being such an expensive area, it’s nice to find affordable, basic properties like this one. Everything was clean and well-appointed. The mattresses are even more comfortable than you’d typically expect in other rentals or hotels. The complex itself is peaceful and full of natural beauty. Will return for sure.

everything about weekend with my family was great the only small problem was solved with a quick phone call,but the seacurity guy named Paul is a very angrie person that was mad at everybody. Only thing that went poorly hole weekend.

Best birthday yet!!
Myself my mother in law my daughter and my friend all came down for the weekend for my birthday. Even on off season it’s beautiful, quiet and clean. The views are breathtaking. We will definitely be back!! 100 percent recommend and give 20/10!

Interesting natural beach
I liked being right on the beach. But beware of no-see-ums! I got chewed up. Best part: there are walking trails EVERYWHERE! And beautiful scenery on the trails. Many food options. We went to 3 beaches on HHI. Caligny is crowded but others are not. We never paid for parking. Everything is within a 20 minute drive. My husband really lived HHI!

Going into thinking it’ll have carpet but they ripped it up and put hard wood down which was nice. The location was nice but kinda loud during the day, do to being so close to an airport. Has beach access but not for swimming just walking. I would and could stay again for another week!

Best vacation ever!
Margaret was the best host we have ever had in all of our travels! Always available and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay at the Spa! Fish Haul beach is a few steps away and its beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The condo was perfect and very comfortable with lots of room! The king size bed was very comfortable. The condo is on the first floor right next to the staircase which is right next to the parking lot. Very convenient parking and accessability. The condo was stocked with loads of extra towels, blankets, and everything you could need in the kitchen including a washer and dryer. Updated interior was very cozy and inviting. We can't wait to come back again next year!

Due to hurricane Idelie, our stay was shortened. Found Folly Field beach, which was really nice and close to the resort. Beds comfortable, kitchen stocked well, except the skillets were scratched and need replaced. We locked ourselves out, but the man at the gate was quick to find a key to let us in. Margaret was also quick to respond. She even offered a extra night the next time we come, due to the hurricane and leaving early.

Great Trip!
This location is a little off the beaten path but I don't mind driving so, to me, this location was fine. The beach is at the end of the parking lot which I didn't know until the day I left. I could have walked out the condo to the back end of the parking lot and had access to the beach. I found out when I went to throw the garbage in the dumpster and saw the beach. A note on the fridge would have been helpful for access to all the key areas such as the pool, the beach, etc. The condo is clean and updated and the host is super nice and very gracious! I would stay here again.
