Check out all this brand-new renovated vacation rental villa has to offer. It has an open floor plan with quartz counter-tops, stainless appliances, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. All new furniture for your enjoyment. The villa has a queen bed in the main bedroom, 2 twins in the other bedroom, and a queen pull--out sofa in the living room. It comfortably sleeps 6 people and is located on the quiet top floor.
Fiddlers Cove has nice amenities, well maintained grounds, and is a short walk to Folly Field Beach or Island Park Beach

Oceanside Properties is located on Hilton Head Island. Guest services are just a call away and you can contact us 24/7 with any questions or concerns.

The nearest beach is Folly Field Beach with features rest rooms and a shower for getting the sand off.
The island contains many world class golf courses as well as countless local seafood restaurants, bike rentals to enjoy over 150 miles of biking trails. Many things are happening on the island at any given point of the year. There are lots of fireworks and other family-oriented events that occur during the summer months.

There are 50 miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. Bike rentals and bike riding is very popular. There is a trolley that runs on the island during the summer and The Breeze bus public transportation stops in the neighborhood in addition to traveling by car.

No parking fees at Fiddler's Cove. Any additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.

Fiddlers Cove was an excellent place to stay for our friends sons wedding at the Westin. We were close to the event and could actually walk to it. Proximity to the beach was excellent . Close walk with gear. Would stay here again in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay on Hilton Head

The condo is so cute! It has been recently renovated and every spot was upgraded and tastefully decorated. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach is fairly short. A wagon was a must with kids. The beach is amazing and not overly crowded. We enjoyed Hilton Head here!

We had a great time. This condo is just a short walk from private beach access. We loved everything. Our only suggestion would be to leave a large broom or vacuum for guests since it’s so hard not to track in sand and more or better pillows. Everything really was great! This was our first trip with our 6 month old and we loved it.

We really enjoyed the stay at Fiddler’s Cove. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had most of the things you might need. We ate breakfast at home in the mornings and then for dinner, we explored different restaurants. We love seafood so we tried The Crazy Crab and Hook&Reel, both had excellent food. Access to the beach was pretty close (less than 10min walking). We had our own beach cart, which made the trips to the beach with kids a lot easier, but the property also had one available if you did not have one. Overall, a really nice place and definitely would recommend!

My family and I are very happy with this choice for our stay. The room is very updated. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and anything that you need to cook with. The condo was very clean when we got there and they provided towels and some soaps and cleaners, thank you for that. The condo is not just the Upside that we loved, all amenities in the Little community of condos were awesome. The beach is not a far walk and there’s a park that has hoses to rinse stuff off with that we really liked. This is definitely a rent again condo.

The condo is just as described and looks recently updated. Plenty of toiletries and towels were available. There are no food kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc, so you have to bring your own. It is a 7 minute walk to the beach but there were chairs and a fold up wagon available! Would definitely stay again!!!

Short (less than 10 minutes) walk to the beach on side streets. Beach was not crowded. Close to dining and activities. There is a sports bar type restaurant within walking distance. Easy check in process. Only downside was maintenance issues that we had to deal with during our visit that should have been resolved before our arrival.

Our villa was just as described, updated, clean and well appointed. Our host was terrific and extremely responsive. While it was not an issue for us, our unit was on the 3rd floor. As there are no elevators, persons with physical limitations should be sure to request a ground floor unit.

Very nice, except for the weak airconditioning. There were two nights when it was difficult to sleep (temperature at 10pm at or over 80 degrees). So I would not stay here again in summer but certainly at other times of year.

We had a wonderful stay in Fiddlers Cove. The property manager made check in a breeze and had no problem locating the unit. It’s been beautifully renovated but is a little small. However not a big deal since we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. The kitchen has everything you would need which was good since we cooked most of our meals for the week. There were 3 boogie boards which were much appreciated by the teenagers and 5 chairs and an umbrella. Please note that the wagon provided is broken so you have to carry your items to the beach. For us, it was fine since we had older kids who could carry their own stuff. We were a little disappointed that there were only 2 rackets for tennis and pickle ball. We had planned on have a foursome play but since we couldn’t we ended up not playing at all. But the kids were busy with the pool that was very close to the building as was the walkway to the beach. The building is definitely in a great location. It was also very quiet, which was what I was hoping for. Other people had complained about noisy neighbors but they were in the lower units. It’s definitely with it being on the top floor. Everyone in my group said the beds were comfy as well and I didn’t notice it being hot at night as others had mentioned. We will try to book this unit again on our next visit to HHI!
