"Housekeeping service is pathetic"

"Excellent hotel and brilliant loco for Triveni Ghat Aarti. Hotel staff would walk one up to the Aarti and ensure all is well. This is very handy to have in what can potentially be a hectic event otherwise. Complimentary high tea was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. Thanks for the upgrade. Dining options in the restaraunt very good "

"Booked heritage room with two double beds having common washroom. Property has parking and good lake view. Washroom needa to have air freshner. Rest everyhing was fine. "

"Rooms were not clean , bad bedsheets, terrible food. if there is an option to give zero star for service i qualty of food i would. only manager was nice person but nobody listen him "
