"Great location and beautiful rooms "

"My husband and I took a weekend trip to the Cleveland Westin to see the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame. The hotel is perfectly located. It’s a short walk to all the cool attractions and restaurants. The hotel is well kept, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We ate dinner in the Mexican restaurant, the food is incredible. The wait staff is amazing as well. We also had breakfast in the hotel, and everything was fresh. The only complaint that I have, we paid $250 a night for our room. Which was fair, but that’s not the complaint. The parking garage!! We paid enough to stay at the establishment, and then to pay $75 to park in there is ridiculous. Not to mention the parking garage is atrocious. The spaces are very narrow, anyone with a larger vehicle is going to have a hell of a time. Other than that, I would recommend staying here. Just bring extra money for parking, and a teeny tiny vehicle. "

"This was a great place to stay while I visited friends in Cleveland. Cafe, bar and restaurant all on site; room was spacious, clean and had an extremely comfortable bed. But what impressed me most was the extremely welcoming and smiling staff. From check in to check out, every staff person I encountered was pleasant, said hello, inquired about my stay, and gave hospitality a new standard. I highly recommend for this reason alone, but the comforts of the hotel didn’t disappoint! "
