"What a great house! We had so much fun at the property!Heads’ us it’s a bit secluded and running to the store takes nearly 2 hours RT. Luckily we were prepared so we were able to not have to worry about leaving. "

"Beaver Lake Cottages was really wonderful. We stayed in a studio apartment with a perfect view of the lake. The room was super quiet, included a complimentary bottle of wine and a range of other thoughtful snacks. Everything was well-thought-out, down to the fireplace/heater casting a cozy mood each night. It's a perfect place to get away, but it's also very convenient to Eureka Springs and Bentonville. We'll have nothing but positive memories of the place and hope to return someday."

We loved it, but if you need anything plan for 40 mins round trip. Parking is good for 3 cars and plenty privacy for 3 couples. The deck is huge and very comfy. View, Pictures dont do it justice. Hot tub was a nice bonus.The owners thought of everything. The house is full of everything you need. "

"The place was great! We saw deer in the front yard one night and back yard one morning! Sunsets are awesome from the deck. This property doesn’t stock condiments and the closest grocery store isn’t close so show up with what you need for the next morning. Grab coffee filters and grounds for the next morning.
