Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful. so clean. Definitely recommend it.

This hotel is one of the best in Turkey, we have just spent a great week at The Residence. The hotel itself is immaculately clean inside and out. Staff are all very friendly and could not do enough for us. Food is served to you rather than buffet style and always a very good quality with a lot to choose from. Cocktails at the pool are very good with a wide selection of drinks available. We had a massage at the spa which was very relaxing. We also hired one of the cabanas on the beach which was great for the price, highly recommended. Unfortunately, we must knock a star off for the problem we encountered towards the end of the holiday, there was some sort of photo/video shoot going on around the hotel (we assumed for a promotional video) which meant drones were flying around the pool area for most of the day. One did crash when it hit a tree next to us which nearly hit us whilst sunbathing. This did continue even after this incident, so it forced us to go inside as it wasn’t very relaxing with the fear of being hit and the noise from the drone itself. We also had to move to the sister hotel next door as the residence closed for the season on our last day at 12:00, sadly this combined with the drones did spoil the last two days for us.

Just a perfect location to take the family. Had everything from great entertainment for the kids to lovely restaurants. Staff couldnt do enough and went into every tiny detail to make sure we had a great trip. Our 1 year old had a minor accident and not only were the staff on hand to help but they sent a 'get well soon teddy bear' - its the small things that make the differences and this hotel really delivers that. My second time here, the territory is large enough to have some quiet time away from other guests, the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The app allows to book various activities, good variety of fitness classes, one of the best Turkish food offering with lots of fruit, veg & local produce, some attempts at sustainability (water cooler next to fridges with water bottles, compost and their own plants nursery I think). It’s funny going to a Turkish all inclusive hotel for some quiet time, but it’s possible to get the quiet(er) room away from entertainment. Staff is welcoming, helpful & patient. Fitness instructors are fun and engaging. Hotel manager is always around and approachable. Top tip: ask to show you on the map where your room is in relation to the bars/music, the further the better
