"The apartment is well located and vonvenient - it's a 8 minute walk to the Hakata Station. It is true to description but well equipped especially thd kitchen. Thr bathroom was excellent as it's modern and thr ling bath is superb. Management was super helpful and responsive to every query andvrequest we made. Value for money. "

"회사 워크샵으로 직원들과 함께 이용했습니다. 후기에 청소문제가 많아서 걱정을 했는데, 전체적으로 괜찮았습니다. 사진상 룸마다 문이 없는것처럼 보여서 걱정했는데 문도 다 닫을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 위치도 도보로 편의점 및 지하철역 까지 걸어가는데 전혀 문제가 없었습니다. 단, 후기처럼 룸 접근방식 및 룸 도어락 열쇄함 오픈방법이 조금 낮설어서 불편했습니다. 이점 빼고는 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다."

"家族旅行でしたが、キャナルシティのすぐそばで、駐車場は目の前にも、他にも近くにたくさんありますが、2日間停めっぱなしで2200円くらいと安く、ホテル目の前なので、子供も小さいので荷物たくさんでしたが、すぐに運べるので助かります。　お部屋の造りも抜群に良いです。窓やテラスやベランダまであり、角部屋でしたが、テラスからは、キャナルシティや、川や、夜景がかなり綺麗で、素晴らしかったです！！　最高に良いお部屋でした！　あと、調理器具が抜群に、全部あります！　品揃えが良いので、近くに歩いたらイオン系列のスーパーもあるので、便利です。24時間です。あと、テレビは、色々見れて、小さい子供も大人も、色々見れるので、良いです！お部屋にずーっといても楽しめるし、天神でもどこでも歩いても行けるし、最高な立地です！！絶対また宿泊したいです！！　素晴らしい！！　お部屋もすごく綺麗です！！　本当、ずーっと住みたいくらい、素晴らしいお部屋でした！！最高⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎"

"部屋が1階のエントランス側で出入りが激しく、皆エントランスを開けるのに戸惑ったり、スムーズに開かない為ガチャガチャと荒々しく開けようとする音がうるさく、何度か私自ら開けに行きました。部屋は昭和初期って感じですね、サイトで見た写真と違って薄暗く、壁には結構傷があり、ちょっと後ずさりしてしまいました。上の階の足音もかなり響きます。夜8時から夜中1時過ぎまで、何をしているのか、ずっと部屋を行ったり来たりする足音。耳栓も役にたちませんでした。クローゼットに入ってた掛け布団、1番下に置いてあったものは黄色くなっていて、使うのを断念。ゴミを分別しなきゃいけない事が書いて有りましたが、分別専用の袋は見つからず、、、お掃除の方に聞いたら、そのまま部屋に置いておけばいいとの事。それならばゴミ分別のメッセージ削除して欲しいです。終いにはお風呂にゴキブリ。ひとつだけ良かった事は、オーガニックや無添加の製品を使っている事です。"

"The property is great for families, with ample space. It's only a few minutes walk to local bus to get to Hakata Station which is about 10 minutes away. There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives or cooking items like a saucepan. Overall we were happy with it, is better than staying in a small hotel room."

A quality hotel at a very convenient location

"Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel is located next to the Nishitetsu Tenjin station where you can take trains to suburbs of Fukuoka. And its very close to the Fukuoka subway station, where you can travel around the city easily. There are a lot of shopping places and nice food (including famous ramen places) nearby. Plus it is not as busy as the Hakata train station area, we find it very convenient yet it still gives us a quiet and comfy space to rest after a long day. Service is good, breakfast is nice with enough choices, highly recommended and will definitely consider to stay in this hotel again in the future."

"I rated this hotel excellent as the room is large and equipped with Dyson equipment and also coffee maker. The staff is polite and helpful and even the cleaning ladies are well mannered. The only thing that I do not like is that the room is not bright enough though all the light is turned on. "
