"The hotel itself is beautiful. Convenient to lots of places. Disheartened that the restaurant recommendations from the front desk were based on kickbacks and not real referrals but we were able to get good recommendations from social media. The two twin beds pushed together was a joke for a woman 6’1 and a man 6’5. And they weren’t even slightly comfortable. Overall, decent experience but we probably wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Most if the staff was very nice, however, 3 days in a row I requested that they replace the broken blow dryer and provide a couple more hand towels and was acknowledged but nothing was done. When i finally got upset, they simply reached behind the front desk counter for a replacement blow dryer. Loved being righ at La Rambla but patio view was piles of trash. Room was very basic and the bunk bed mattresses were way to hard."
