Sehr schönes Haus, sauberes Schwimmbad, schöner überdachter Grillplatz. Freundliche Besitzer. Wenn Sie Ruhe und Frieden suchen, ist dies das perfekte Haus. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir sind zum 3.Mal hier und man kann vom Alltag richtig abschalten. Wer die Natur und Ruhe liebt, kommt immer wieder. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht. Unsere Hunde können sich frei bewegen, weil der Garten umzäunt ist. Der Pool und das Poolhaus sind einfach gigantisch. Die Umgebung ist phantastisch, auch wenn einige Sehenswürdigkeiten weiter entfernt sind, lohnt es sich trotzdem, den Weg auf sich zu nehmen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Ferienhaus ist alleinstehend und komplett umzäunt, also ideal für Hunde. Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig nett. Das Haus ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es ist unser fünfter Aufenthalt hier und wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

14dagen zijn wij in dit huisje gweest. Het huisje is precies zo als het er op de foto's uitziet. Het is een prachtige omgeving. De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn vriendelijke mensen. Het zwembad is goed en lekeer op temperatuur. Wij hebben een mooie vakantie gehad.

Wij verbleven hier 14dagen en hebben ons geen minuut verveeld. De accomodatie ziet er precies zo uit als op de foto's. Wij hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad dat constant op goede temperatuur was. De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn zeer vriendelijke mensen. De omgeving is prachtig.

Wij werden hartelijk welkom geheten door de eigenaren. Vooraf hadden we een e-mail gestuurd met de door ons verwachte aankomsttijd, in vier talen. Helaas lukte het ons niet de verwachte aankomsttijd te halen door een lange file. Contact opgenomen en de eigenaren een SMS gestuurd met de verwachte aankomsttijd. De communicatie met mevrouw en meneer verliep redelijk, hun Duits en Engels is voldoende voor de uitleg over het reilen en zeilen van dit karakteristieke huis. Wij moeten zeker een compliment geven over de foto’s op de site. Ze zijn op generlei wijze gefotoshopt. What you see is what you get ! De uitrusting van het servies en glaswerk is ruim voldoende, hierdoor krijg je nog meer vakantiegevoel omdat je niet steeds de afwas moet doen. Een groot pluspunt is het Pool house. Hierin hebben we vele uren doorgebracht. Overdag schaduw en de avonden lekker warm. Bij een koude avond is het met een paar houtblokken lekker te verwarmen. De plek van het huis is ook super, een doodlopende straat waar alleen de plaatselijke bewoners en wij natuurlijk ook gebruik van maken. Dus stilte om je heen waar je vogels hoort en enig pluimvee van de buren. De boeren in dit hofje bedrijven op de traditionele wijze hun vak. Kleinschalig en dicht bij wat de aarde hun bied met kleine tractoren en kleine voor huidige tijd simpele landbouwmachines. Oeps! Ik ga terug naar mijn jeugdjaren! Voor wie van rust & natuur houd is hier zeker op zijn plek, zo midden in deze bergachtige, agrarische omgeving.

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal hier. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Kommunikation funktioniert auch super. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Die Umgebung ist toll. Es ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Perfekt zum spazieren mit den Hunden! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Großes Gemütliches Haus Sehr nette Verwalter Der Pool ist der Hammer !!! Haus liegt wunderschön in einer Sackgasse sehr Ruhig wunderschöne Landschaft Garten und Pool waren gepflegt dass Haus natürlich auch haben gerade für nächstes Jahr wider Gebucht das dürfte eigentlich alles sagen. 2 Kleine Nachteile gibt es aber auch keine Waschmaschine vorhanden und das kleinere Übel kein W-Lan hat bis auf unseren Sohn aber kein Gestört :-)

Wir haben unseren 14 tägigen Sommerurlaub in der Unterkunft verbracht ... wir waren zwei Familien á 3 Personen ... Das Haus ist sehr nostalgisch aber dennoch zufriedenstellend. Auch empfanden wir den Holzwurm unterm Dach als besondere „Attraktion“ - Achtung nichts für Leute mit sehr leichten Schlaf. Der Garten ist sehr schön gepflegt, der Pool der Wahnsinn mit super Badetemperatur aufgrund der Solarheizung auf dem Dach. Absolutes Highlight der riesige Grillkamin draußen unter der Sitzecke. Es war einfach sehr schön.

Prima vakantiewoning van alle gemakken voorzien. De inrichting is typisch Tsjechische (vrij éénvoudig). De woning is omringd door bos en ligt vrij afgelegen. Ideaal voor fietsers en wandelaars. Wij hebben hier een fijne vakantie gehad.

Sehr nette Leute. Mit Englisch konnte man sich gut verständigen. Das Haus ist schön und einfach eingerichtet. Es sind viele Antiquitäten und schöne Sachen im Haus verteilt, die man entdecken kann. Der Garten mit Grill und Pool ist ordentlich und gepflegt. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Außenrum gibt es viel Wald und Wiese. Es ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Wenn man früh aufsteht kann man aus dem Fenster heraus Rehe beobachten. Es gibt einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwa 20 Minuten entfernt. Ein Auto ist ein Muss. Die Läden haben Montag bis Sonntag geöffnet. Es gibt eine Menge schlösser und Burgen in der Nähe. Prag ist etwa eine Stunde entfernt und gut zu erreichen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Bij aankomst klopte het gps en het adres wat door bel villa is aangegeven niet. De mensen die het huisje verhuren kunnen geen engels of duits. Totaal geen communicatie mogelijk, ze proberen het ook niet. Het huis was mooi groot, goed onderhouden en schoon. Er is een gewone gasfornuis aanwezig wat op gas/electra werkt. Huis is koud in de winter moeilijk te verwarmen met het hout in de nacht. De tuin is ook mooi, alleen jammer dat er veel (honden)poep lag. De omgeving is rustig, maar heel mooi en vredig. Goed informeren of de winkels open zijn, wij waren hier vanaf 23 december tot 27 december en eigenlijk waren de winkels en restaurants dicht van 23 tot 26 december. Het zou fijn zijn als bel villa hierover iformeert. Gelukkig gastvrije omgeving en hebben wij bij het lokale volk heerlijk in huis gegeten.

Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad. Prachtig weer en heel erg genoten van het mooie zwembad. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen. We waren met 4 volwassenen en 2 kinderen in de leeftijd van 14 en 17 jaar. Het huisje staat afgelegen en er heerst een oase aan rust in een schitterende omgeving. Verschillende keren stonden we oog in oog met herten, die langs het huis liepen. De mensen die in de omgeving wonen zijn vriendelijk. We zijn ruim 2 1/2 week geweest en hebben ons geen ogenblik verveeld. De foto die in de gids staat van Belvilla laat de schoonheid en pracht niet zien wat het werkelijk is.. Wandel- en fiets tochten beginnen vanuit het huisje. Onze honden hebben genoten van de vrijheid in de omheinde tuin en daarbuiten. Het bos grenst bijna aan het huis. Het huis zelf was goed maar eenvoudig ingericht. Alles was aanwezig en zeer compleet om vakantie te houden. Auto is wel noodzakelijk om boodschappen te doen. In het winkeltje van het dorp is veel te krijgen. Dit vakantie adres is zeker een aanrader.

Ruim vakantiehuis, geweldige grote tuin en een heerlijk zwembad. Voor ons al de 2e keer hier. Zwembadrand kan wat onderhoud gebruiken, maar dat is typisch voor Tsjechie is onze ervaring. De omgeving is geweldig erg rustig en mooi groen in juni. Auto is een must, want de accommodatie ligt erg afgelegen. Fietsen kan ook.
