Very new property and appointed with beautiful interiors. However a very small hotel and the pool was underwhelming. For the price I expected much more. The staff are excellent, I want to emphasise that point.

Since this hotel is still newly opened, the staff’s hospitality truly shines, and their smiles were absolutely wonderful. In particular, Ms. Huong Nguyen at the reception provided exceptional service, always responding to our needs flexibly. When we consulted with her, she recommended a tour that was perfect for us, and we had an amazing experience. There are many hotels with great facilities and beautiful decor, but what truly moves people’s hearts is the warm and heartfelt hospitality provided by the staff. This is something I was reminded of during this experience. I have visited over 15 countries, and my daughter has been to more than 30, but this was the most comfortable stay we’ve ever had.

Hôtel flambant neuf de type boutique hôtel en plein coeur de Saïgon. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans une chambre moderne et propre. Le personnel est avenant, prévenant et serviable. Par contre, nous avons regretté ne pas avoir pu profiter du bar sur le toit et de la piscine, dont les travaux n'étaient pas encore finis, malgré l'ouverture depuis plusieurs semaines de l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est correct.
