Perfect city hotel for exploring District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City. The staff were very friendly and helpful regardless of what we needed, whether it was tourist trips/finding restaurants/help with cleaning rooms at different times/extra pillows - they were very kind and helpful. Staff would open the door for us and always acknowledge us. We had a double deluxe room, very compact room with nice bathroom and shower, the shower curtain wasnt the best at stopping the floor from getting wet but this was a small issue, comfy bed, lockable safe in the room, tv, phone, minifridge. The room was comfortable regardless of the size and was perfect for our first trip to ho chi minh. The pool on the roof looks great in photos but in reality is tiny and not the most exciting in person, but we decided to explore the amazing number of attractions that are only a few minutes walk away. Pasteur Pub/Restaurant next door is awesome, and Benh Tahn market is only 2 minutes walk away.

What a little gem!! So happy that we stayed here. The staff were so friendly and so helpful, especially Quin at reception and Li (Lee) in the restaurant. The only thing that was a little disappointing was being told our two rooms had balconies and when we found out we actually didn't because they had no floors. Regardless, the Nesta is so close to the Ben Thanh Markets, the palace and so much more! Great location 👍 Recommend Hoangs Kitchen across the road too!! Would definitely stay again. Thank you Nesta 😊❤️

The location of this hotel is excellent, walking distance to all the tourist sites, restaurants, mini- marts. The big market is just the end of the street. We had a double suite and this was big, with plenty of room. The buffet breakfast had enough variety.

Receptionists were great, nice and professional, but room service has room for improvements. They cleaned the room well, but if you want your towels changed, you may have to ask them specifically.
