Included breakfast is excellent. The staffs are so nice. I definitely would come back here just because of the food alone. Most importantly, the area feels safe
The staff were very helpful and attentive. They helped us with our luggage’s when we arrived and when we left.

We stayed at Queen Ann Hotel for 3 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was appreciated. The hotel overall is what you’d expect for a 3/5 star property in terms of cleaning and upkeep. That said, it’s definitely weathered, there was mold in the shower and the building is showing its age.
The biggest issue was the hot water. There was absolutely none, water only reached around 45°C at best, and often not even that. When we asked, we were told it was because of solar panels, which didn’t really make sense since everything else was powered. Being given an excuse rather than a solution was disappointing.
The room itself was adequate but not great. On top of that, construction is happening right next door from 6am to 10pm, which makes resting difficult. If you’re travelling as a westerner, the TV isn’t much use either, very limited western channels and it didn’t work very well.
Overall, this hotel works if you’re just after a budget-friendly place to sleep and don’t plan to spend much time in the room. If you’re looking for comfort or a more enjoyable stay, you’d be better off booking elsewhere.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
The location of this hotel is perfect to explore Saigon, it is in walking distance from all the key attractions as well as all the city’s best restaurants. The staff are polite and helpful and the hotel generally is pleasant and well presented. I would recommend for a short stay. I would say, to bear in mind that some rooms do not have windows, the decor is quite dark and therefore adds to the cave like claustrophobic feeling, so pay extra and book a room with a window if you do not get on with confined areas. The lighting in these rooms could also be better to help the fact that there is no natural lighting.
Lastly, you may need ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, the walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything the other guests are doing and saying, believe me!
Apart from that, the breakfast with excellent, the hotel is of good standard and I would recommend.
The staff were lovely and so helpful. Good breakfast was provided. The only thing I found disappointing was no window in our room so had no idea of time. Good location
Great location and wonderful staff. Smaller than anticipated but the staff made up for it.! The MZ Bar close by was a great place to have a drink and meal. Kim was terrific to us.
Despite the grand-seeming photo, the hotel is small and cozy. The hotel was very clean, including the lobby and the room. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The level of English among the staff was better than average for Saigon, and better than I expected.
The service was exceptional... staff went above and beyond to be helpful with taxis, reservations and directions. The free breakfast was fantastic with a lot of western and vietnamese options. There location was within walking distance to some fun areas for night life. They left me a fruit plate and birthday card on my birthday! The only complaints i have are that the shower was not consistently hot. And i was disappointed that my room did not have a window...this was not clear when i booked. The walls are a little thin...i could hear neighbor's text message ding through out the night.
