I have stayed at this resort before. Our room is not as nice. There is water damage on the woodwork and ceiling. There was hair in our bathroom. Shower did not work well. No offering ls like a free drink we were supposed to have and no upgrades. I feel like this is not as nice as I had remembered. I spent a lot of money for this hotel and it did not meet a four star for me. The dinner was great in the restaurant and the staff there was great.

Pros: Property and suites are spacious.
I like the fact that they check guests
going up to the elevators to the suites. Housekeeping was prompt in responding for requests of blanket etc...
Cons: i wish there was more lighting.
In the suites like above the tv,
Opposite from the bed.
Extra pillows and blankets should be readily stashed in the room especially when there are for people in one suite, along with extra toiletries
