"We loved this place so much, we didnt want to leave. It is such a beautiful location, with its own jetty for swimming and canoeing. The apartment is very comfortable, and well maintained. It feels very high end, and well thought out. It's only a 5-10 minute walk into town, with a Netto and Edeka supermarket. Great transport links in both directions too. "Beautiful location with many things to do - bikes, paddleboard, volleyball, ping pong, etc.. Karsten is a fantastic host! The photos do not show it well but there is a lot of space with the 3 floors. The couch turns into a huge bed and there was a good sized cot for my teenager that fit well downstairs plus the upstairs bedroom. We all loved it there!"

Die Wohnung selbst ist zwar nicht groß, aber sehr geschickt aufgeteilt und komplett eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist natürlich das Grundstück, denn welche Ferienwohnung bietet schon einen eigenen See? Wer Lust hat, kann im See schwimmen oder eine kleine Tour mit dem Ruderboot machen. Die Gartenmöbel auf der Terrasse laden zum gemütlichen Beisammensein...

The log burner was a lovely touch too. It's not clear on the listing that the property is upstairs - not a problem for us but would be for anyone with mobility issues. There's no wifi (making it great for a get away from it all stay!) and no microwave. A guide to the location would have been useful, to show where the wood store/bike shed was (we found it OK though) and how the heating worked."

Perfect Garden Apartment

"We loved this place so much, we didnt want to leave. It is such a beautiful location, with its own jetty for swimming and canoeing. The apartment is very comfortable, and well maintained. It feels very high end, and well thought out. It's only a 5-10 minute walk into town, with a Netto and Edeka supermarket. Great transport links in both directions too. We had an excellent meal in the Italian restaurant, next to the bridge to the Island, as recommended in the house guide. Klaus was very welcoming despite the language barrier. (We definitely need to learn some German!) There were some additional charges, for bed linen/towels etc but we were made aware of this well I advance of our stay. We would love to return. "
