Chalet in Hohentauern near ski area with sauna

This beautiful detached wooden chalet for a maximum of 6 people is located in the Chaletpark Hohentauern, in the middle of the village of Hohentauern in Styria (snow-sure altitude 1,275 meters) and practically right next to the ski lift.

The chalet offers a modern living room, an open, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with an infrared sauna on the ground floor, and 3 spacious bedrooms and another bathroom with a washing machine and dryer on the first floor. The chalet also offers a beautiful terrace. Parking is available directly at the chalet.

The ski lift to the well-known and traditional family ski area Ski Hohentauern with 11 kilometers of slopes is only 300m away and various hiking trails are right on the doorstep.

Summer is known above all for the many lakes, thermal baths and the impressive Hohe Tauern mountain range. The more than 200 days of sunshine per year and the snow-sure ski area make this area a perfect holiday region in every season.

The reception can only be reached by phone on Wednesdays.

als Familiendomizil sehr zu empfehlen! Das Häuschen liegt super, in der Vorsaison sehr ruhig. Tipp: Öffnungszeiten dringend beachten, vorallem die Mittagspause... Wanderungen auch mit unseren kleinen (7 Monate und 4 Jahre) sehr gut möglich! Empfehlung Edelrautehütte inkl Scheibelsee! Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen (die erste total verregnet - durch das sehr gute Angebot - aber überhaupt kein Problem) und werden nächtes Jahr wieder Urlaub bei unseren sehr netten österreichischen Nachbarn machen. Danke

Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kindern verreist. Die Hütte ist geräumig und sauber. Überrascht waren wir dass sie überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet ist: es gibt Seife, Toilettenpapier und sogar einige Küchenutensilien wie Alufolie und Backpapier. Die Hütte ist sehr sauber. Der Kamin läuft mit Gas, somit war unser mitgebrachtes Holz unnötig. Rundum perfektes Haus

Das Haus ist leider sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Fenster undicht, Fliesen kaputt oder lose, man reißt sich im Flur und an der Eingangstür splitter ein. Geschirrspüler funktioniert nicht richtig. Vieles an Geschirr ist beschädigt. Kaputte Türen. Ich könnte die Liste noch unendlich lange fortsetzen. Das Haus sollte unbedingt mal durch Handwerker generalüberholt werden. Trotz des Hauses war es wieder super in Hohentauern. Auch ein grosses Danke an den Almdorf Service. Ich bin froh das dass jetzt Leute mit viel Herz und Leidenschaft übernommen haben.

Die Hütte ist schön, gepflegt und recht geräumig. In Summe ist es eine sehr gemütliche helle Hütte (Bad und Kinderzimmer sind etwas dunkel). Schade ist, dass die Hütte kein WLAN hat, was auch ungünstig ist, das Teller Gläser Müsli Schalen nicht mehr in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden ist. Und der Gemüsescheeler ist .... nicht zu gebrauchen. Nunn noch zur Buchung/Abwicklung mit Belvilla. Die Buchung läuft sehr gut. Was absolut nicht zufrieden stellend ist, dass Belvilla extrem schlecht zu erreichen ist. Via E-Mail gar nicht und die von Belvilla mitgeteilten Telefon Nummern sind still gelegt ausser die 0800 182 6013. Was auch nicht OK ist, das Belvilla die vom Kunde zu Zahlende Beträge bereits 10 Tage vor Fälligkeit einfordert aber für eine Rückzahlung sich 8 bis 12 Wochen erlaubt!

Mooi ruim huis het huis ligt op en park met meerdere vakantie huisjes . de foto's zijn niet meer actueel. Zal als eigenaar eens nieuwe foto's op plaatsen. Binnen is er niet veel verander ,buiten is er nu aan de beide kant gebouwd. de overkant ook. het ziet er mooi uit het parkje , niet te groot , Ander klaagde over bouw over last maar dat is nu niet meer het geval. het hele straat waar dit huis aan staat is wel af , Kort samen gevat mooi parkje. met elk huisje genoeg privacy. Van af het balkon mooi uitzicht. In de omgeving mooie wandelingen en genoeg te doen. Prima vermaakt in de week dat we er waren

Bij aankomst konden we de beheerder niet direct vinden, wij waren al eerder op dit park geweest, blijkbaar had dit huis een andere beheerder, een hotel/restaurant, een lange rij vermoeide reizigers tussen etende gasten. Ik heb gebeld naar belvilla om bed- en badgoed te reserveren, dit was niet doorgekomen. Wij kregen zwaar vergeelde kussenslopen bij witte overtrekken, andere mensen kregen geen kussenslopen of handdoeken meer....

De chalet was netjes en goed uitgerust. Jammer dat de slaapbank kapot was waardoor er 1 volwassen persoon in een van de kinderbedden moest slapen, maar hier heeft Belvilla gepast op gereageerd bij contactname. De omgeving is heel mooi en kindvriendelijk. We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad.

Das Ferienhaus entpsrach der Beschreibung, allerdings ist das Bild nicht mehr aktuell, da inzwischen erheblich mehr Häuser dort stehen. Bei der Buchung sollten Internetnutzer darauf achten, dass sie ein Haus mieten, das WLAN Zugang hat, ansonsten kann es im Ausland recht schnell teuer werden. Dieses Haus hatte leider kein WLAN. Die nähere Umgebung ist sehr schön (z.B. der Erlebnispfad oder das keltische Pfahlbaudorf), es ist ein schöner Spielplatz in ca. 200m Luftlinie vom Haus entfernt vorhanden. Der Lift wird allerdings nur im Winter betrieben. Nette Sommer-Aktivitäten (Sessellift, Wanderwege, Planetarium, Freibad, Therme...) sind im Umfeld von 25 - 60 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

De eerste week veel overlast door bouwwerkzaamheden naast ons huis vanaf 6.15 uur. Veel stof door (te snel) langsrijdende auto's. Voor 5 tot 6 personen is de (keuken) inventaris en inrichting onvoldoende. Het tuinmeubilair is aan vervanging toe. Het water in de douche op de begane grond loopt nog altijd de verkeerde kant op, hier zijn zo lang het huis verhuurd word al klachten over!!

Huisje van alle gemakken voorzien, geschikt voor zes personen (twee bedden zijn echt kinderbedden). Veel wandelroutes vanuit je voordeur te maken. Kleine winkel in het dorp, grotere vind je op 10 minuten met de auto. Wij hebben een fijne week gehad hier.

We spent a week from 21.6.2014 there. We were there with my husband and our mate ...

We spent a week from 21.6.2014 there. We were there with my husband and our maters (81 and 76 years) and our granddaughter (22 months). Therefore we could take only shorter walks on the surroundings, but we didn't mind, because the nature is fascinating there. The chalet is nice, all is made from wood, what is very pleasant. It was perfectly cleaned when we came. It is very well furnished (dish-machine, wash-machine and drier,... - all according to a description on the Belvilla web site). Every day my husband with me used the infra-red sauna, what was very pleasant for us. Now I was reading the last review, so I must say that even when works on the new chalet continued, the noise was not so big yet. One day they loaded a soil from a heap in front us chalet help by an excavator to a smaller van and moved it by the new chalet. It was noisier, but they didn't start so soon morning. And it was interesting for our granddaughter to watch them -). But we had a problem with hot water - it sometime was leaky but often it wasn't. We don't know why. We didn't ask on it in the Passhöhe Hotel, because they almost don't speak English. We got some discount card from them when we had arrived, but nobody from them was able to explain us in English language where exactly we can use it. But in generally I must say that we spent one nice week there.

Op uw website is vermeld dat bouwwerkzaamheden kunnen worden uitgevoerd. Op 10 juni 2014 de dag na Pinksteren werden wij om 7 uur gewekt door de bouwvakkers. Zagen, timmeren, vier werkbusjes voor ons balkon, uitzicht op een geopende afvalbak, een kantinecontainer en een voorraadcontainer. Op donderdag 12 juni 2014 kwam om half zeven een vrachtwagen aanrijden, vijf man personeel begon met het opladen van de dakplaten, de vrachtwagenmotor bleef draaien voor het aansturen van een hijsmeganisme. De man met de cirkelzaag was ook aan het werk en om kwart over acht waren de dakplaten omhoog gehesen. Daarna begonnen drie mannen met het bevestigen van de dakplaten, vasttimmeren. Wij zijn dezelfde dag nog vertrokken. Wij kwamen voor de rustige omgeving en hadden geluk dat het Pinksterweekend was, anders hadden wij nog meer dagen in het lawaai gezeten. Hoewel ons een alternatieve woning werd aangeboden, hebben wij daar niet voor gekozen, omdat ons dat voor die resterende vier dagen geen reële optie was. Wij hebben foto's en filmpjes(met geluid) gemaakt van de overlast en gaan dit eventueel gebruiken als bewijs. Dit huis kan niet worden aangeboden voor verhuur, het huis staat op een plek waar de laatste huizen nog geplaatst moeten worden, de bouwoverlast is dus nog lang niet voorbij.
