"An unbelievable hotel with an incredible staff all around, we’ll continue to stay here every time we come to Sapporo. It’s close to the train station, which is very convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat or shop at nearby (and even more with some walking). An added bonus was the haircut I got from the place on the basement level, probably the best haircut experience of my life."

"Nicely convenient located right above Odori station. I stayed in a delux cabin and the space had a small desk and a lockable cabinet underneath the bed which is wide enough to store my luggage. "

"We were a bit worried about the size of the room at first. It was mostly a bed and a bathroom. We could barely fit our suitcases. We became accustomed to the room which we used primarily to sleep and dress.We spent most of our time exploring the town outside. We enjoyed walking through the morning market nearby and choosing the different places to eat at. Everything tasted wonderful. We took advantage of the hotel’s onsen, lounge and coffee dispenser machine. We enjoyed our stay at the Tokyo Stay Hakodate! "
