The rooms had AC, there was hot water and pressure, breakfast in the morning available for a small fee, felt very safe, and the owner was very nice.

Very disappointed!! We booked & paid in advace thru Expedia but when we arrived at 4 pm, we were told that our room ( 3 night stay) was not available. They had given our room to other people.

Buenos dias, no estaba possible por nosotros de ir hasta Holguin el dia suposado de la reservacion porque la rueda de la coche estaba deflatada. Como lo sable, es difficil de llamar o usar el telefono en cuba por un frances. Aunque hemos traido de llamar usted cuando hemos buscado un otro lugar para dormir. Su numéro no functionaba,quizas la electricidad... Nos preguntamos de aceptar la requesta de hôtel.com de reimborsar.

Toen we aankwamen, kregen we het verhaal dat het vliegtuig van Canadezen niet vertrokken was bijgevolg, de Canadezen hadden een verlenging van hun verblijf, wij kregen een alternatief, bij de over geburen. We reisden met vrienden en hadden 2 kamers geboekt. We kregen een kamer bij de over gebuur en een kamer een blok verder. De kamers waren beduidend minder van comfort en hadden geen WIFI. Eigenaar had geste gedaan dat we bij hem konden te samen komen en ontbijten. Voor 7euro/persoon, een royaal ontbijt volgens de eigenaar. We hebben 3 weken in Cuba verblijven en vele ontbijten genomen op vele plaatsen. Het ontbijt daar was triestig en veel te duur voor wat je kreeg!!! We voelen ons serieus bedrogen op alle vlakken door deze hostal eigenaar.

Site exeptionnel, Mario et sa femme sont très aimable et facile de converser avec eux. Le site est proteger avec alarme durant la nuit alors si vous un lève tôt et pensez de sortir de votre chambre pour aller fumer au patio avertissez la veille et Mario quiterat l'alarme a l'heure que vous pensez sortir. Cet endroit est la seule option pour mon prochain voyage.

Sehr freundlich, sehr sauber, sehr hilfsbereit, würde jederzeit dort wieder übernachten. Abholung vom Flughafen möglich. Das Zimmer hatte allerdings keine Fenster, aber man ist sowieso die meiste Zeit draußen.

Sehr ruhige Unterkunft trotz Innenstadtlage. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Alles sauber, Kühlschrank mit Getränken auf dem Zimmer. Schöner Innenhof zum frühstücken, wiruns sehr wohl gefühlt.
