"The home is well maintained and welcoming. We were a group of five and we had PLENTY of room. The full size windows that bring in the light and fall colors of NW Arkansas hills were my favorite part of the home. I would be happy living there as my primary home."

"It was a nice cabin, clean when we got there and it had a musky smell that everyone In the reviews had stated. There was hardly anything to clean up the property to make sure it was up to standards before we left. Instructions for cleaning were not listed. Had to figure it out yourself. The property is beautiful and heavily wooded Property had logs for fire The mattress in the 2nd bedroom was very uncomfortable it didnt have a box spring Under and made my back hurt. No clear instructions...

"The condo was cozy, roomy, clean, and comfortable. The host was accommodating when I made a mistake on my reservation dates. I'm very glad we decided to stay here and have the comforts of home, but in the beautiful setting of the Ozarks!"

"The studio is in a great location, just off the town center and a block away from one of the best restaurants in town. The room is decorated beautifully. The kitchenette is more of a wet bar with a mini fridge and microwave, but it was perfect for a weekend stay. The mini fridge had a decently sized freezer which accommodates a bag of ice. The bathroom is spacious and well lit. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had a wonderful time at this house! Perfect location as it’s just a few minute walk to downtown. The house was as advertised, and is very clean. The kitchen/living room upstairs is a perfect place to hang out and unwind after a long day. We will be booking here in the future next time we decide to visit Eureka Springs. "Everything about the place was perfect. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants, but also enjoyed spending time in the unit. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Me, partner, and her daughter (14) stayed 3 nights this fall and it was a nice home-away for our time in the area with little funky touches the girls enjoyed. The area was quiet area and it was easy to relax at the property when we weren't out in Eureka Springs or driving the Pig Trail. Would stay again. Good value compared to other properties we looked at it. Some highlights: Nice private hot tub with a canopy that sagged under the weight of the collecting rain water but kept us dry...

"We stayed the weekend for a wedding and this property had everything we needed. Teenagers were happy there was a hot tub! And the location was perfect! Not to mention, it was mid October so the colors were absolutely beautiful!!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house on the Island! We enjoyed being able to go golfing on their 9 hole course. There were deer around the property as well . Beds were comfortable and just the right size for 6 adults. My only complaint was that there were no college football channels on their TV's. We had a little work around, so not a big issue."

"Had a girls trip and stayed in one of the duplex cabins. Was a cozy and comfortable stay! Even though it was adjoining we were never bothered by our neighbors and it felt very safe and still secluded although there’s cabins and houses all around. It’s a great cluster of a bunch of cabins and even some shared outdoor spaces to hang out! Late check in was super easy and instructions to find our cabin were included. We ordered pizza and did make sure to provide a phone number and stand outside for them to find us- just something to keep in mind if having anything delivered. The location is really great and only a short 5-10 min drive to lots of spots. We visited Thorncrown chapel, crescent hotel, and downtown Eureka and even came back for a short nap during our excursions without a long drive! I recommend Sugar and Crumbs cafe for a quick breakfast and coffee, it’s a minute down the road. Everything was clean and neat, slept really well too- didn’t wake once both nights! (My girlfriend did say the beds were hard but I also like firmer beds) It was really nice having a sound machine in the room too. Will definitely be returning in the future! "
