"Most of the staff were lovely, kind and sweet. The hotel has a real old school vibe and elegance so isnt necessarily the newest condition but things are kept extremely clean and presentable for the most part. Great food and the 24/7 room service is a big perk especially for a city like Brisbane which is very much not 24/7.
