Happiness Comes in Waves is your next favorite vacation spot. As you walk into this beautifully decorated and newly renovated condo you won't be disappointed by all of it's amenities. Immediately to your right is the the nicely lit King bedroom and it's connected half bath with closet. Continue down the hallway and you will find bunk beds quietly tucked away in the thoughtfully designed nook. Drawers can be found under for additional storage and curtains provide needed privacy. Right across the hall is the door to the spacious full bath which also connects directly to the master half bath.

Down the hall, you will be welcomed by an open concept living area with a fully stocked kitchen. Sit on the large private balcony and take it all in as you look out over the well maintained pool and courtyard and onto the ocean. Watch a sunrise or sunset or if you are lucky you may even get to see some dolphins playing in the waves.

Happiness Comes in Waves is located just over 1 mile north of Surf City town center. It's easy to walk or bike to several local restaurants, beach and gift shops, coffee bars, local wine bars, and even live entertainment. Surfing and wind surfing lessons are available near by for those feeling adventurous. If you are wanting to see the island from the water try renting a paddle board, jet ski, or boat. You can even book yourself a fishing guide. Whatever you want to do it is here! Be sure not to miss our local Turtle Hospital where you can see rescued sea turtles. You may even catch some hatching if you are extremely lucky, as nests are often found on the beach in front of Surf Condos.

Great Stay at 'Happiness Comes in Waves' in Surf City!!!
We had a great experience staying at Jordan and Katie's condo in Surf City!!! The place was just as expected. It was CLEAN!, communication with Katie was perfect, décor was just the perfect amount of beachy (for us), and we had everything amenity wise we needed for our stay. Should we decide to take another small trip in the future, we would definitely consider coming back! ***We owned a VRBO beach property of our own just last year, so we know how difficult they can be to manage. But we loved your place and you should be proud of what you've created for your family.

Cozy Comfort!
The property is exactly as described. All the comforts of home plus extras! The special details put into this condo stand out immediately upon entering the property. The decor is beautiful. Plenty of dishes and the coffee pot brews a pot as well as K-Cups. The king bed is very comfortable. The views from the balcony are incredible. The grounds are impeccably clean as well as the pool. I have no complaints about this rental. Those that have trouble climbing steps, this is not a rental for you. There is NO elevator and this unit is on the 2nd floor. Hosts were amazing to work with. Don’t hesitate to book this condo!

Lovely, relaxing retreat
I had such a lovely time at Happiness Comes in Waves. Property was clean, beautifully decorated, and was the perfect setting for my salt water therapy. The pool was awesome and the staff friendly. Owners were excellent communicators and the staff was friendly. I’d recommend this condo to anyone!

Perfect Beach Getaway!
This condo was an absolutely perfect beach getaway for a small family! The unit was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was in great condition. The couch is large and plush, perfect for watching a movie and cuddling after a long day swimming! The king-sized bed was actually comfortable, which is rare in my experience! And the bunk beds are perfect for kids. There is plenty of storage, so you can put away all your belongings rather than living out of your suitcase, which makes your whole stay feel more homey. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the location is close to lots of restaurants and other activities! The beach is a short walk away and the pool is clean and well maintained. The balcony is large, clean, and well furnished with comfortable seating and a place to hang your wet towels and bathing suits. The owners are super responsive and very friendly! Overall we have an amazing time and I will definitely be booking our next beach vacation at this rental!

The Most Welcoming Condo
This condo is so amazingly clean and welcoming!!! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. The decor is absolutely gorgeous! Perfect view, comfy bed, wonderfully stocked kitchen, updated bathrooms, and so much more!!! Owners were easy to contact and answered any questions we had promptly! We have stayed at Surf Condos for three years and this is by far the best condo! We can’t wait to stay again!

Don’t think twice!
This property is immaculate and perfectly maintained and decorated! You feel at home as soon as you walk through the door and you can’t beat the location and view. Any questions or recommendations were answered immediately and we loved all the restaurants the were suggested to us. The beach is absolutely gorgeous with soft white sand and blue water. We have been to countless beaches and we will definitely be back to visit this property. We also loved our boating adventure with Sloop Point Charter. Highly recommend!

Great location for fans of the beach
The condo was nicely appointed and clean. The a/c and ceiling fans keep it very comfortable inside when you need to cool off. Location is ideally located as it's very walkable to town. Remember to bring linen's and towels. We missed that detail but the owners helped us out. If you're a party of 4 or less, this is a great spot.

Great condo for the family!
We stayed here - my husband and 5 & 7 year old for July 4th weekend. The condo was clean, well equipped, and absolutely perfect for our needs. The bunk bed nook absolutely sold us on this rental. Everyone had plenty of space. And it is so close to the beach with a more private area to put tents without a ton of people and a fantastic pool. We did need to bring our own linens but that honestly made it feel more like home with our own sheets. 10/10 - would rent again!

AMAZING STAY!
This is such a great rental. My husband and 4 year old daughter stayed here for a little weekday getaway and loved it so much. The bed was so comfortable, the house was decorated so cute and they really provided so many essential items to you- TP, cleaning supplies, beach chairs and K cups. The Surf is such a fun place to stay with family and we are already planning when to come back next. Thanks for a great trip!!!

Hard to Leave
This place has everything you need - you don't have to leave unless you want to. It makes a trip with children so much easier. You can spend the day by the pool or on the beach without having to load everyone up in the car. I highly recommend this condo after visiting twice this month. :-)

The Little Condo That Can!

A Wonderful Family Vacation
We stayed here with our family of 4 (a 3 yr & 1 yr old). The condo was perfect for us! So clean, proximity to the beach, the pool, the little downtown area it all was so convenient. The kitchen was well equipped as we made breakfast and dinner at home each night. The owners did a great job with their upgrades. Would 100% return to this little condo again, we were sad to leave!

The condo was beautiful and perfect for a long weekend. We had 5 people and it was a little tight with one bathroom but otherwise it was great! Perfect location, view and entire set up. Loved having a closet on the first floor for beach gear. Hosts were super responsive when we needed them for a couple minor things. We hope to be back again!

This property is awesome!
This property is amazing! This condo complex is on the beach and this specific condo faces the beach. It has a lovely view of the property; pool and beach, all of which you pass to access on your short walk to the beach. The owners left no stone unturned as far as how tastefully decorated the property is. It is so cozy and has all you need for your stay; beach chairs, beach and pool bags, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 televisions, and even a sound machine to block out any noises to aid in sleeping. We loved this! We appreciated that this was a 1 ½ bath unit. You do have to supply your own sheets and towels. The master bedroom has a king size bed, there is a queen air mattress and 2 twin bunk beds. It is very comfortable and the owners were extremely responsive and offered local suggestions/recommendations for local sites to see and dining options. We will be back!
