The Space:
Living Room - Cosy living space complete with wood burning stove.

Kitchen - Well equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, electric hob & microwave.

Laundry - Washing Machine in the Kitchen - Clothes Dryer is located upstairs.

Bathroom - Shower with towels and essential amenities provided.

Bedrooms - 1 bedroom with double bed and linen, ample hanging space, dressing area with mirror & drawer storage. Hairdryer provided.

2 Bedroom has twin beds, with wardrobe to hang clothes.

Internet - Wifi available

Heating - The property is heated by oil heaters in the living room & bedrooms, with underfloor heating in the bathroom. There is a log burner to also heat the living room.

Entertainment - TV in the living room, and books in the double bedroom.

There is use of a private outdoor garden area which you are free to use.

This space is a cosy Cumbrian cottage feel, if you're looking for luxury, this isn't for you, here we are about relaxing and enjoying the outdoors!

Parking is over the bridge past the cottage on the right hand side, there is usually space for at least two.
