Stylish Modern Home with Parking, Enclosed Garden

Bryn Moryd is a modern, renovated, spacious bungalow located on a quiet residential road just off the coast in Valley, Isle of Anglesey.

Our guests love the peaceful privacy of our self-catering holiday home and the stylish decor with a luxurious feel.

The house has central heating with underfloor heating throughout most rooms (apart from the bedrooms which have radiators).

Please check the sleeping arrangements before booking:
There is plenty of space for 4 people in two bedrooms, and we do also have a high quality sofa bed in our Snug Room which equates to the size of a *small double* 4ft x 6ft bed (ideally sleeping one extra person).

We also have a travel cot and high chair to host 1 infant only.
Our maximum occupancy is 5 people plus 1 infant.

The fabulous modern open plan kitchen-diner has everything you would expect to find at home including a microwave, kettle, toaster, single oven, hob and all the cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and utensils you require.

There is a large island with 4 bar stools for dining - take a look at the wonderful feature lighting over this space. We have also provided lap trays for any extra guests (who may be staying on the sofa-bed).

The kitchen-diner is open plan with the lounge which has a wall mounted feature fire and large patio doors leading into the garden which is a fantastic sun-trap.

The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a Smart TV in the Snug Room with internet access.

This house has 2 bedrooms:
Master bedroom: Kingsize Bed & En-Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2: Two Singles (these can be zip-linked to make a Super King in advance of arrival depending on guest preference ** please advise when booking if you require the Super King setup **).

Snug Room: We also have a "Dreams" sofa-bed in our snug room. The sofa bed equates to the size of a Small Double (4ft x 6ft). Please advise if you plan to use this during your stay so that we can ensure bedding is provided.

There are 2 bathrooms:
The main bathroom has a wc, vanity basin and an L-Shaped bath with overhead shower.

The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with a wc, wash basin and a shower enclosure.

Bed linen and towels are all included, as is WiFi.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is strictly not allowed.

- There is off-road parking for 2 cars on our driveway (and one extra car parked can be close to the kerb in the road).

- Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at the property, we ask that dogs are kept out of the bedrooms and not left alone in the house at any time.

There is a dog-friendly beach just a 2 minute walk away to the end of our road.

- Please note that the owner requires £100 damage deposit to be paid direct in advance of arrival (but this is fully refundable once your stay comes to an end).

A beautifully decorated bungalow, modern and tasteful but with a really homely feel. It's well placed for easy travel to other places on the island. We really enjoyed our stay there and would use it again and recommend it to others.

Ideal mini break location
Property exactly as described .. if not better. Everywhere spotless and high quality furnishings throughout. Private fully enclosed rear garden was perfect for our border collie .. which he loved .. and also relaxing for us. Easy walkable distance to two local pet friendly pubs, eateries and small shops. Also quick access to A55 enabled us to visit all places of interest on Anglesey. Loved it .. will definitely be back 😁
