"We stayed with grandparents and niece and nephew for a week of exploring Northumberland. The house is located in a beautiful spot with views to the harbour and to Warkworth Castle. Very easy to find and to access castles and sights. The owners were friendly and helpful and everything was so easy to find we didn’t need to ask for anything. "

Adults and children really enjoyed our stay however having tv in the reception rooms downstairs would have been ideal. "We had a wonderful stay at Settlers lodge. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped! Loved seeing the squirrels around the garden! Set in a great area for walking and exploring. We enjoyed both the local pub and also a takeaway from the nearby pub. Both we would recommend. Cannot wait to come for a return visit . Thanks again!"

"This home was charming and perfect for our days in Alnwick. The location was outstanding. 2 minutes from the bus station and grocery store made life so easy. "The cabin is far from as described and overpriced for the condition and cleanliness. The state of repair is poor - furniture both outside and inside is dated and in places broken. Hot tub had a dirty foam on the top - must have been used with fake tan/make up previously. The only good thing is that the owner is responsive and has said replacements have been made since our stay."
