Tumble dryer (shared). Patio with garden furniture. Garden (shared). Parking. No smoking.. Peacefully set at the end of a private rural lane, this charming stable conversion enjoys wonderful country walks from the door as well as shared access to 10 acres of grounds. Standing near the owners’ home, and retaining beams and sloping ceilings, it offers a superb base for exploring the delights of north Wales. Glorious sandy beaches are just 6 miles, the historic city of Chester lies within easy reach, and Conwy Castle and Snowdonia National Park are under an hour’s drive. Shop 2 miles, pub 0.5 miles.
Please note: There are open, steep, spiral or narrow stairs at the property.

Weekend break
Lovely cosy little cottage, we’re a family of five and it was just right for us. Close enough to Liverpool, coastal beaches and Wrexham. Lovely and quite location.

Lovely little cottage, very comfortable.
Lovely little cottage, very comfortable. Kids enjoyed the time spent there. Very well equipped kitchen with plastic glasses and plates for the kids. Real nice touch with fresh eggs, wine and flowers. Perfect for a get away and will be booking again next year

Fantastic little cottage.
Fantastic little cottage. So clean , well equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom , board games , books , 2 TVs . Great location for us to visit our family in Holywell ,Chester , Bala . Peaceful location away from busy roads ideal for dogs and kids. Close to great beaches . Wine and flowers on our arrival , very much appreciated. Will visit again

A lovely holiday cottage very close to the A55 and easy to get to lots of local attractions.
A lovely holiday cottage very close to the A55 and easy to get to lots of local attractions. Very clean and tidy with a big kitchen. Very quiet location and it was a nice touch the owners leaving eggs and wine for guests. Great weather too which meant we could go to lots of places with the children. Lots of leaflets in the cottage to help decide where to go. The coffee machine was a big hit too.
