It is a very quiet environment and only 10 minutes walk from the centre. Small restaurants, bars, long promenades by the sea and green parks...all of which you can enjoy without having to take the car...

The villa is built on 3 levels and has large terraces and a solarium on the roof, perfect for relaxing, dining with family or friends or sunbathing.... It has an interior lift that connects all floors.

Inside the villa there are 2 living rooms, 4 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and access to different terraces, 4 bathrooms and a guest toilet. There is also a comfortable garage in the basement.
