Customer service was lacking, not doing any more than checking in and out, marginally answering questions.
Access to the room:
- the last night, at 10:30 pm, someone knocked, shouted "housekeeping", unlocked the door and started entering the room (10:30 at night!!)
- the next morning, when I went for a walk for breakfast (a couple of hours before check out), I was locked out, key card no longer worked. After going to the front desk about and getting a new card, security escorted me back to the room and acted like I didn't know how to use the keycard.
- then about thirty minutes before check out, I heard the lock mechanism on the door...it was resetting. So when I left again, I was locked out. (Thankfully I had everything with me)
The hotel was a fine experience before then: nothing bad or extra about it. After the last night and morning, I felt unwelcomed.
