Kitchen/ tv room gave extra space when staying indoors, daily breakfast included, close to a grocery store, daily shuttle to downtown central where you will find shopping and easy to use metro. It was a cold night when I came to HK and I thought I turned on the heat to 23c thru the control in the room, it turned out there was no heating and the front desk of the hotel did not tell me when I checked in. I woke up middle of the night feeling very cold and called front desk and found out there was no heating. Someone deliver a small heater later but I did not sleep well, almost caught a cold
