"Very nice place, rooms are modern and clean. Location is excellent. Only complaint was with restaurant. We arrived 20 minutes before breakfast was ending. We paid for our meal and were told we had 20 minutes. We were okay with this but unfortunately the staff began clearing all food from buffet within five minutes of us sitting. Other than that I would recommend this hotel."

"This is our 2nd time here. The location is very convenient with walking distance to MTR, restaurants, supermarket. Close to West Kowloon Train Station. The airport bus A21 and A22 will get you near the hotel. The staff are great, helpful and friendly, especially Molly and Body. They made our stay enjoyable. Their coffee is amazingly good. Definitely come back again. "

The hill is as steep as others say it is -- it will tire most people. "

"Initially git given a room that was below standard with a bed that was practically on the floor very old decoration and old carpet. Had to then pay an extra £40 per night to get a better room in 20th floor. This is unfair as prices should be for all rooms but they weren’t. However room had 3 beds and large and modern with good maid service. Located perfectly next to lots of restaurants and transport but no noise at night time.
