"I liked the friendly staff, restaurant options around the property. I didn’t like there were times we had to wait for parking cause it was packed, most of them were being use for valet parking and the car rental company. Would I stay again at this hotel probably yes. "

"Rowena from the breakfast buffet was very attentive and friendly, chef Ronnie was very friendly and made sure there was always food .Customer service from the front desk and Leo from the baggage counter was quick and helpful. The hotel is very close to the beach, dining and shopping . My favorite was the housekeeping made our stay very comfortable. We always came back with a clean room and fresh towel to use ! "

"I had the best time at this location. It was surrounded by everything you could walk to and I got my steps in. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the breakfast. First, they served breakfast sandwiches that I could have bought at a store and warmed up, and not to mention the birds that would attack your food if you walked away for a brief moment. The pool was not available at the time of my visit, but I hope they upgrade it because it didn’t look like it could fit 10 people. Other than that, I had a great stay. "

"The Outrigger Reef Waikiki was a very beautiful property nestled right on the beach. There were two wonderful restaurants on the property along with other shops to buy items. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would comeback to this location."

"Very professional staff, clean property. Cleaning staff very helpful in wanting to make sure if you need your hotel room clean and fresh towels daily even without asking. Front desk helpful in setting up Island tours. And since I had a later flight ✈️, and checked out at 11am, I was granted a hospitality card to relax and showers 🚿 around the corner as well.as laundry if needed while I wait near time for.my flight."
