The location and amenities is what makes this hotel a no brainer. However, the food at he restaurant is an experience I don’t want to ever endure again and the service was horrible (cannot put it otherwise), also I appreciate a clean space when I’m traveling and this did not sufficed my expectations or the vision I had from pictures. I think they need to upgrade their trollies, room tiles look very dirty and old. And the staff I dealt with was a bit rude in the sense of being careless about their job, not an attitude but weren’t friendly at all. In the other hand the park for pets was pretty good.

Property itself is decent as a best western hotel. Easy stay and local for the one night to catch our flight next day. Kind of an older looking property but had island feel. Pool looked nice only open while sun is up so child was up set she couldn’t go in. Food at restaurant ok and lounge looked cool as far as atmosphere. Breeds were good shower head small and functional. Slightly updated bathrooms.. staff friendly at check in and check out. Area around property not best area to be going around in.

Had to pay for parking which is ridiculous for people who pay for rooms. I stayed with our time share in the grand islander tower for 6 nights and the Kalia tower for 1 night and paid over $600 to park at the hotel. Their workers were protesting and loud all day and night. Would never recommend to stay here or will stay at this location again.
