Great property and location!
Perfect jump off location for all the Oahu places to visit. 2min walk to great snorkeling (saw turtles), Waikiki beach, and the strip. Far enough away that it's quiet and clean. Gated convenient parking in the basement if you want to pay for it. (I'd stay away from parking spot 16 due to leaky water pipe overhead)

Nice Hawaiian getaway
This was a nice, clean place to stay. Walking distance to beach access, restaurants and shopping. Would recommend walking or Uber, not a car rental as parking is a little tricky with the popularity of the beach.

Restful Honolulu Sanctuary
My wife and I were visiting Hawaii for the first time, to attend a work conference. Between the views of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head, the amazing Tradewinds breeze that flowed through our room, and the incredible back patio of the hotel, we truly loved our room! We also appreciated that the VRBO, while only a few minutes walk to the beach and the heart of the city, was located in the mellower part of town.

Great work space!
I stayed at this property during a recent work trip to Oahu and it’s was the perfect fit for my needs. I had more space than staying in a hotel The building was pleasant and the neighborhood was quiet but convenient. I’d definitely stay here on future work and leisure trips to Oahu!

We came for my 50th birthday and chose this wonderful property as our home base. Very happy with our entire stay. I loved the breeze through the condo at night. The room has everything you could want and the beach is very close by. Stunning sunset views from the garden area each night. This was my first visit to O‘ahu and I plan to come back.

Location was far enough away from Waikiki to avoid the crowds, but close enough to walk. Noise from the road and outdoor concerts was pretty loud. Barefoot Cafe was close and good quick eats.

The location is less crowded than Waikiki, yet it is a 5 minute walk to the crowds. Swimmimg at beach yiu never know who will show up. We had turtles swimming with us and a monk seal swam in to sun bathe. It was great.

Great Condo in Diamondhead
We had a great experience staying in this Diamondhead condo. Check-in was easy and the condo was clean and well-stacked with essentials. The building had a quiet seating area that overlooks the water that was perfect for watching sunsets. Lana was kind and responsive, and was flexible in allowing us to check-in a couple hours early. Perfect location within walking distance to Waikiki. Would highly recommend!

Loved the location.
Love the location, prior visits to Honolulu we stayed in Waikiki area. This time we stayed in the Gold Coast area a short Uber ride to Waikiki or a beautiful walk along the park and Beach area. The grassy area and patio area in front of the condo was a beautiful view of the sunset. The condo had everything you needed from pots and pans to towels love the keyless entry, had good instructions prior to the visit on how to enter the gate area and the condo and how to leave when we checked out.

Pictures of the AD is not the views from this studio. Out the front door is an amazing view of Diamond Head. The view across the room is of the ocean. The Studio is large and remodeled. The garden at the water is peaceful but has no sand.

Nice, but
The location is great. The views on both sides are beautiful! But, the bathroom sink didn't drain and there wasn't any cold water at the bathroom sink and no hot water at the kitchen sink, and our check in was a mess. Lana was apologetic. We had a nice time anyway.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Great location. Lots of wind and 11 inches of rain in one day. Kitchen was great, Bathroom great. My concern is comfortable seating. The couch and chair are not to a standard and the rug under them is not clean. Landlord should provide two key fobs for access. Mahalo

Why no microwave?
This is one rather important kitchen need and I didn't realize that there wasn't one in the room. There was a very nice electric frying pan/lid that we did use. The griddle wasn't needed. However, the other cooking utensil we couldn't figure out how to use. So after 30+ minutes of trying, we gave up and just used the electric frying pan. Everything else was just fine. I would recommend this apartment to anyone interested in a rather quiet locale. BUT a microwave is a definite necessity.

Not what I expected!
Shades are see through, so there is no privacy in room. We had to undress in the dark, so nobody could see us. Makeshift curtain in bathroom is also see through, so no privacy there. The view is just of other apartments and buildings that can look at you. The bed lacks any firmness whatsoever. The paid parking situation is horrible, and one of our parking days was taken away just before our trip after we paid for it. The door doesn't have any locks from the inside, so you have to hope that nobody knows the combo to room lock and opens the door while you sleep. The shower is extremely small. There are only slats in the bathroom door and no fan, so there is no privacy while doing your thing in the bathroom. The free parking situation is a complete joke.We left 2 days early and ate the cost, so we could feel safe sleeping somewhere else.

Looks Can Be Deceiving
There's a reason why the pictures of this small condo is blurry, when my girlfriend and I stepped into the apartment she was not happy, I could see the disgust on her face that she was not impressed by this booking ,the place looked mediocre to say the least #1 The view in the pictures is a reflection off the mirror taking in perfect blur but has a obstructive view with trees and buildings blocking but the pictures make you think that the views are great. #2 The condo has been built out on to the balcony to create more living space but there's about four inches of foot space from the living room to stand on the balcony #4:The shower is smaller than a airplane bathroom you had to take the shower head off to shower because it's so small my girlfriend hit her head to pick up shampoo bottle off the floor #4 The electrical is faulty. I had to use the toaster on the foot of the bed on the floor, my girlfriend hair dryer in bathroom kept switching off because the electrical was not powerful enough so she used it in the living room. #5 check out time is 10:00 AM but at 9:58 AM House keeping came busting in without knocking then announced house keeping! after scaring the crap out of us. I told her you could of knocked first she replied check out is at 10:00 I replied its 9:58! she replied people are usually gone by now then she stepped back out as we were leaving going down hall she said you "feel better now @$$ hole." I was shocked to be spoken like that very unprofessional :-(
