The room we stayed at, the Banyan, was a little dated but OK. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and conformable. The carpet however could use a good vacuum session or shampoo. We found clumps and or strands of hairs, not ours, at random places. On the side notes, the receptionist told us that it's cheaper to book directly through their websites, save on Resort fees and some other discounts.

I was happy with the rate including parking for the least expensive room. My view was of a vibrant palm tree. Room was spacious, furniture solid and convenient, bed comfortable. Small complaint was two little bugs and a hair; otherwise, room was super clean.

Great location and price was reasonable However there is an additional $37 a day for valet parking that I wasn’t aware of. The valet guys were usually quick in getting our car. There was also a valet parking across the street for $30 but most of all there was no coffee in the room for the coffee pot or even coffee in the Lobby. That was disappointing.

We had a wonderful room with an incredible view of the ocean. Space was comfortable for a family of 4 (kids 10 and 13). Pool on the roof was very nice. Close to all of the fancy shops if that’s your thing and valet parking was very convenient. Easy walk to multiple beaches with access to all of the beach activities you expect from the area around Waikiki.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Imperial. The rooms are modest but clean and it is a great location. The room is very tight when you have both the wall bed and pull-out couch out. I was expecting that, so it was not a major issue. Overall a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Imperial. We love the location and the benefits of having your own kitchen and apartment space for a longer stay. The room was clean and having two bathrooms was great. A couple of things to mention were the door shook loudly everytime the neighbours went in and out of their rooms and the neighbours balcony was right next to our bedroom and they woke us up late at night when they were speaking loudly outside. These things aside it was a great place for our Waikiki visit, totally recommend.

The staff were awesome. They went above to make our stay easy and comfortable. They let us checkin early after an international all night flight and I paid for late checkout when we left, we were actually allowed to stay a couple hours later because we were on a red eye the night we left.

The imperial
My stay was excellent. Staff was friendly kind and very informative. They had cooking equipment to rent out for free. An awesome swimming pool on the top floor sauna workout room. In about a 2 and a 1/2, or 5 minute walk if that to the beach. A lot of restaurants and shopping businesses in walking distance. Most of all very secure and safe.
