I was a little disappointed of the parking because it was only valet parking only and I didn’t know that. Other than that for the price it was good. Would I stay there again? Probably not because of parking. I like to feel like I can park whenever I want to, particularly at a hotel that I’m staying at and not pay 56 bucks a day.

I traveled with 2 kids and the staff was really nice and always attentive, the ocean view is amazing. It is a little outdated but clean overall and fully stocked. Provided fresh towels and was quick to respond for any requests. I would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Twin Fin. Had a few issues when we first arrived but the staff was very quick with responding and very helpful. The room was nice but I felt it could have been cleaner. Website said they did a big remodel but I felt it was poorly done and overpriced for the quality.

The hotel is in a great location in Waikikii. The hotel room was a nice size but the towel rack and soap dispenser fell off the wall. Be sure to ask for Ocean Front and not Ocean View for the best view!

I really liked the credits for Beach Candy and how conveniently located this hotel was. I liked the breakfast place in the hotel and the beach across from the hotel as well.

I liked the three bedroom suite where the rooms were connected and the housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, it was a lovely stay, but it was during a busy time around the holidays so many areas were crowded. What I didn’t like was if you were going on the third level, which is where the pool is to get towels or refill your water bottles or going to Tiki’s bar and Grill, you had to walk through the pool area which many times the floor was wet and just too much traffic going through there.

Hotel is nice ,need a little TLC ,Costumer services,housekeeper is wonderful Fernando front desk ,represent the twin in high stands…Nika in front desk should be looking for other job..she isn’t Hawaiian an doesn't represent the Aloha ,in good stands rude and bitter….definitely I m going to be back..the only inconvenience is the high resort fee..higher than Vegas and I don’t know why is the reason for that high resort fee…I fell in love with the hotel and hospitality

The room was clean and cozy. It could use a remodel and the hallways too but it’s just a place to stay and as long as it’s clean and in a convenient spot that’s all that matters. Vacations shouldn’t be spending all your time in the hotel room especially not in Hawaii. This hotel also was one of the cheaper ones that landed right across the street from the water. For anyone on a budget I would recommend this hotel!!

For the amount we paid we were very unhappy with our stay. The property was very outdated and rusty/dirt in every area. Maintenance came into our room twice for building problems and made us switch rooms. Very unimpressed especially for our honeymoon.

Of course, I loved the view. The tub fixtures looked old. The long halls needed some art to distract from the door frames that were banged up. I personally didn’t mind the above mentioned problems as long as I could get it for a reasonable price.
