The Space

This 2,300 square foot home offers plenty of space for your group to spread out with a large open kitchen and dining area on the main floor and an expansive deck that extends across the entire first floor with a hot tub where you can take in the gorgeous Hood Canal view. The house also features multiple TV rooms, upstairs game room with pool table and foosball, and connected indoor/outdoor audio system.

Kitchen & Dining Room

The open and airy kitchen and dining room is the perfect place to prepare and enjoy delicious meals together as a group. The kitchen is fully stocked with the cookware, utensils, and even basic cooking ingredients you need, so you can feel right at home during your stay. Start your day with our coffee bar and grab a bite at the kitchen counter, or gather your full group with a dining table that seats 8 people.

Living Room & Game Rooms

Choose from three living room areas when you’re ready to relax, and challenge friends and family to a friendly game of pool or foosball upstairs. On the main floor, gather around the cozy sitting area to plan your adventures or play board games and sip wine with a cozy sofa, armchairs, and gas fireplace. Then relax and unwind in our large TV room with a wraparound couch and 70” Smart TV. Guests love that you can open and close this room with the French doors to have privacy from the main space. There is also a connected audio system with speakers in the kitchen, downstairs living room, and outdoor deck that you can use to easily play your music. Upstairs, there is another 70” Smart TV with a couch and sofa chair with a full-sized pool table and foosball table.

Unwind in our spacious master bedroom, featuring an inviting king-sized bed, private workspace, and an en-suite bathroom with full-sized tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also a great place to recharge with a queen-sized bed, large closet, and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Upstairs boasts two bunk beds, both with a queen size bed and twin XL bed combination, and a full bathroom. Additionally, the living room on the main floor also features a futon so your group has options and can enjoy a good night’s sleep.

Outdoor Spaces

Revel in the dreamy views of the Hood Canal from our expansive deck that extends across the entire first level. Grill up dinner with our no-fuss electric grill and dine al fresco at our dining table, featuring six chairs and an adjustable umbrella. Spend the day in the sunshine looking for Harbor seals from our lounge chairs and soak and relax in our hot tub. You can also take your coffee and wine upstairs to our top deck for an even more stunning view of the sparkling water. The house is fully fenced in as well as both decks so its safe for furry friends and little ones.

Guest access

-Enjoy the entire home, deck, and outdoor yard area. We have about five parking spots in total: two normal-sized vehicles can fit in front of our garage and three angled in front of our fence.
-Please note that during the Winter, snow can build up from the snow plows by our front fence if there are high amounts of snow.

Other things to note

-We allow a maximum of two dogs per reservation with an additional cleaning fee of $75 for the entire stay. Please select that you’re bringing a pet when you book the reservation.
-Our home is steps away from the county beach, but please note there is only minimal direct beach access (very rocky) from our property as most of the beach is privately owned. We ask that you please respect the privacy of our beachfront neighbors.
-Just like most other water view homes in the area, our home sits directly off the scenic Highway 101. We have a fully fenced-in yard, and the back deck is fully fenced in for the safety of children/dogs.
-There are 5 exterior security cameras that record video 24/7, One on the front door, one on the front of the garage, one for the front driveway, one on the side of the yard, and one on the back door of the house.
