"Lovely hotel and friendly and helpful staff. Just one small gripe was for breakfast. We are vegan and no hot option although the chap on the front desk did get us some soy milk so we could have some cereal. There was also butter for some bread. Maybe some vegan cheese or salami would be a nice addition. Other than that no complaints and would Definitely stay again. "

"Wonderful staff and the restaurant as well as the proximity to the beach and Keukenhof was excellent. What stood out to me was how quiet this is situated in a Dutch neighborhood. I loved it. "

"Out of date leaflets were given to us with offers that were no longer available. Wi-Fi wasn’t working until our last night there. Breakfast was VERY limited. We found bugs in our beds and our room was never serviced! The reception and restaurant staff were really nice and helpful and the location is lovely if you have your own transport (which we didn’t!) "

Fabulous airport hotel

"Stayed near Schipol Airport after disembarking from HA cruise to Scotland and Iceland for 3 days before returning to US. Only negative was cost of getting to downtown Amsterdam and from Rotterdam. We walked and found a lovely butterfly sanctuary next to hotel and thru business area. Walked in another direction and found a lovely cafe. Just didn't get to visit other museums on list in Amsterdam. Loved the airport shuttle"
