This stunning farm house is on an acre of land and is nestled between the communities of Cavendish and Stanley Bridge, centrally located in PEI's busiest tourist spot. Behind the home is access to a dreamy walking trail that catches the sunsets every night.

Previously owned by a finish carpenter, it’s the small details that really set this home apart. Equipped with custom crown moulding, built in armoires and a library with a wood stove, to name a few.

Upon entering the property you’ll walk the full wrap around veranda, the perfect place to have an evening BBQ and unwind. On the main level you’ll find the open concept kitchen and dining room, 2 bathrooms (one including the laundry services) the double room suite, library and living room.

Downstairs in the basement you’ll find a musicians haven, a custom built recording studio. Please feel free to use the provided instruments and make some music.

Once upstairs on the third level, you’ll find the king suite with attached bathroom, two queen suites and the kids room which is furnished with twin bunk beds, or a pulled out double trundle bed.

Outside you'll find a large yard equipped with a disc golf net and discs, and wild berries for your liking (if in season).

The all day sunlight is amazing, however all rooms are dressed with black out curtains and air conditioning, perfect for a post beach nap.

This exceptionally well maintained 100 year old farm house is a perfect place to unplug and unwind, but is fully wired with Starlink services for fast internet service.

Spacious home good choice for large groups
This beautiful, spacious home was the perfect spot for our PEI vacation. We were a group of 9, and we each had plenty of space. The music room in the basement was amazing for my sons - what a great added bonus! We spent lots of quality time out on the large deck and sitting around the dining-room table. The house is a short drive from Cavendish - very good location. Communication with the host was very easy.

Ladies bike trip
We were 6 retired ladies that biked the Confederation Trail for 2 days. The bike trail was only an 8 minute drive and has lots of parking. Sarah the host, was amazing from the moment we checked in until we left. The house is large and cozy, has a well equipped kitchen, a lovely sitting area inside and an amazing sun deck out back. We were there early June which is still off season for the island therefore hours are still scaled back for restaurants and shopping unless you go to Charlottetown which we chose not to do. Thanks Sarah for sharing your lovely home with us.
