"The hotel is beautiful and very clean and secure. You could only get to the guest floors if you had a key to a room. The staff was also wonderful and helpful with suggestions on places to eat and things to do in the area. It's just a short walk to the waterfront and the cruise terminal and plenty of dining and shopping in the area."

"very clean. staff was polite and attentive. complimentary valet car service to and from the (charged) parking. the room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. the only thing that was an issue was my room was not stocked with washcloths, though hand and bath towels were there. a staff member delivered them to my door within 15 minutes of my call to housekeeping. the location is very close to the freeway (which sounds bad, but Vancouver BC traffic is so dense that it is actually a good thing), and very close to the waterfront. I found lovely views, shopping (fancy and practical) within 5 minutes walk. I would go there again."

"We stayed at Sutton Place for Taylor Swift. Everything was wonderful! They had a TS party which was a lot of fun! Rooms were well appointed, super clean, L’Occitane toiletries were a bonus! Excellent location and easily walkable to BC Place and a lot of shopping! Would absolutely stay here again!"
