"It is such a lovely hotel. It smells just drvine and this was my third stay. The 2nd time in this room actually. Sadly the bathroom floor did have some small flecks of dirt, the bath had rust on and we were unable to get the plug out of the bath. These are such small minor things but are worthy of note. The staff were fabulous as usual. The communal eareas were beautifully decorated for Christmas. And whilst ive already said it it is worthy if a second mention. The hotel smells amazing! "

"Nice hotel, clean and tidy rooms. Breakfast was a little chaotic with lots of people in a small room getting in each others way - and long waits while staff replaced the empty buffet trays for a cooked breakfast. Check in and check out all very easy with friendly staff."
