"It was hard to find the property at first since it does not have the name listed outside, but the man with the short hair was always very accommodating from the very start. He walked all the way to where we were so he could guide us to the building. Additionally, he would answer any questions we had regarding local places and the best ways to get there, even about local food. With that said, the rooms were very small as well as some of the common areas. Overall, the staff made it better."

"Large hotel on Reforma right next to the US embassy, Angel of Independence statue and the Sofitel hotel. We were on the 19th floor on Tower 1 with access to the lounge on top. Views from our room were very good. We went up to the lounge for breakfast. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable. We walked to Chapultepec Park, Condessa and Roma Norte. Easy to get an Uber. Staff were friendly and helpful. "
