The space
You’ll have the best of all worlds at Vista Grande! With only a half-flight (7 steps) to enter the condo, you’ll still be rewarded with breathtaking views of Lake Hamilton. Be sure to take advantage of the spacious balcony, with a fun and comfy egg chair swing as well as two additional side chairs and a convenient table for your drinks.

The community pool and sundeck is open during the warm summer months and offers a relaxing day outdoors. Couples may steal away for a romantic picnic near the lake. Fishermen can cast a line right from the dock.

Boating is a popular pastime here and if you’d like to spend a day on Lake Hamilton, you can rent a boat at the Hot Springs Marina just 5 minutes away. If you prefer to bring your own, we have a covered boat slip available at no extra charge.

We designed our condo to take full advantage of that mesmerizing view! Our living room has amazing floor-to-ceiling windows all the way across, so no matter where you are in the great room, you can always enjoy it.

Our condo is decorated in the warm colors of nature with rich wood floors and mid-century modern furnishings. Curl up in the side chair with your book or mobile device or stretch out on the sofa, as you stream your favorite show on the 65” Smart TV, complete with WiFi, DIRECTV, and Netflix.

The fully-equipped kitchen has been decked out to provide everything you need to prepare a simple snack to a full meal. It features new stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, a tiled backsplash, and Keurig coffee maker, complete with Starbucks coffee. The peninsula bar for 2 serves as your dining area, offering a spacious surface upon which to enjoy your meals.

The cozy bedroom features a king-size bed with memory foam mattress and 100% cotton sheets, dressed with beautifully coordinated bedding in tones of coral, blue, and white. For those guests who enjoy some late-night TV before bed, the 40” Smart TV offers DIRECTV and Netflix. If you’re more the “read until I can’t keep my eyes open anymore” type, you’ll definitely appreciate the convenient dual nightstands and lamps.

The bathroom offers a freshly-tiled tub/shower, plenty of fluffy, high-quality towels, and hotel-sized toiletries.

Great Getaway

Wonderful Getaway

I messed up in booking dates and the host was wonderful to fix the dates. We got locked out on our last day. Host was prompt to send me a new code. The views from this condo are amazing! We had a wonderful time! Cute, quiet, and relaxing Loved it!

50th Birthday Getaway

My husband and I stayed 3 nights for his 50th birthday, the stay was excellent. the space was just enough for the 2 of us. We went fishing on Lake Hamilton at the back of the condo. We tried Salsa's Mexican Restaurant, got massages, shopped, had a dinner night and enjoyed Oaklawn Casino, we will definitely visit again for a quick get away.

Beautifully decorated condo with personal touches. The coffee area had several flavors of coffee, hot cocoa and snacks. Such a nice personal touch. Very clean and the owner was easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

Anniversary Getaway

We loved our stay. Parking was easy, access was one small flight of stairs but no problems. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Woke up to beautiful sunrises! Things we learned…this time of year they lower Lake Hamilton, not an issue but was odd seeing the lake so low. Bed was super comfortable

Cozy and beautiful views

Oh I absolutely loved it here. The views of the lake are so perfect! The way this condo is decorated is cozy, warm and classy. The only negative we have, was the bed was a little to firm for our liking but the bedding and pillows are soft. During the day we walked downtown where it was busy and lots to do and in the evenings it was so nice to come back to a quiet and peace place. It was cold when we came down so we didnt do any lake activities but we will be back in the summer.

Beautiful place... just as shown in the ad.

Beautifully decorated, well-equipped, right on the waterfront. Jolynna was friendly and responsive. Close to restaurants and easy doordash/uber eats delivery. I was unable to get the live DirecTV working while there but YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, etc was available through both Smart TVs. My only complaint was that the walls are very thin as it is an older complex... the upstairs neighbor is heavy footed and loud with music blaring until almost 2 AM.

I checked in for what was to be a 3 night stay. I soon had a bad allergy attack and took meds. An hour or so later I was still having issues and took more. The apartment smelled dusty and I couldn’t get comfortable or sleep. I communicated with the host and let her know I would leave the next day. She promised a credit but it’s been two weeks and I have not seen one.

Absolutely Breathtaking!! Just Book It!!

Everything about this getaway way amazing. The home was very pleasant. The host Jolynna was very attentive and had quick responses to any questions that I had. The home was stocked with all necessities needed. The view was so amazing. Waking up in the morning to the refreshing natural sunlight with the windows open and also sitting on the balcony with the beautiful view of the lake. But the option of being able to see it without having to go on the balcony was great as well. I needed a peaceful getaway with my husband for his birthday and we got just that. So if you are considering booking don’t think twice. When we come back we don’t have to think twice we will return here.

Priceless View of Lake Catherine

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights while our kids were at Camp Ozark for the week in Mt. Ida. We had never been to Hot Springs before. I am so glad we chose this rental because I was thankful to have a peaceful condo on the lake to retreat back to after being in downtown Hot Springs. The condo had EVERYTHING you could need and more to make you feel at home. We enjoyed the hostess' reccomendations they left for us to explore. The location is great, you can get to downtown Hot Springs in minutes or go to a great restaraunt on the water just 2 minutes away. The ONLY downfall which is beyond the renter's control and is the downside to having a second floor condo... the neighbors above us were extremely noisy.. the last night I had to sleep in the living room on the couch because I could hear everything going on above my bed, late into the night.. Besides that, it is a great unit, we enjoyed the pool very much and everything is clean! I highly reccomend this VRBO.

Issues!!!

I assumed the property was no -smoking due to the specifications of this particular condo. Unfortunately that was not the case! We rarely were able to sit outside in balcony because of the smokers around us. Also the most pleasant time to sit on the balcony is at night because the sun comes directly in on the side of the balcony. The stove does not work! It’s a beautifully decorated condo unfortunately no comfortable sitting options.
