Perfect weekend stay!
Loved this property, will definitely be booking again while traveling for wedding planning! It’s so organized and everything is labeled so you know where everything is. We’re hot natured and the AC was great to us, the neighboring properties were quiet. Highly recommend!

Nice bungalow- A place to lay your head
The livingroom A/C needs some maintenance as does the kichen faucet which needs to be replaced. There is no dining room here. There is just a small kitchen adjoining the living room.

Super cute house
The house its self was great. Location was in a weird spot but it was fine. Our only complaint really was the door locks. The actual front door that you don't use really only has a knob lock i think a chain oer pad lock would be good. And the back door that you have to use is definitely unsafe.It has a number lock that doesnt like to work and i couldnt get owners to answer so my husband had to get a card to get in. When we got in we could still see the light from outside. It is overly easy to break in since there are also no other locks on that door either. We went to wal-wart and got a portable door lock.

Excellent place to stay in Hot Springs…
My husband and I stayed here with our 2 kids and dog. It was perfect for us! The house was well stocked with anything we needed and the location is great. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping near by and a marina with boat rentals just up the road. Town center is less than a 10 min drive. The host Gretchen was a pleasure to deal with, helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely be going back.

I love that I was (am) able to bring our family dog with us and not pay an extra fee. It is also nice to have the washer and dryer. Not much grassy area for the dog but doesn't stop us from renting.

the house was super cute and cozy. had everything you needed for a nice stay. the road it’s on was clear that no one followed the speed limit so you could hear cars speeding past at all hours. other than that, the location was nice. about 15 mins from downtown. i would definitely recommend this place to others or stay again (:

Very close to the road with a lot of traffic noise
The house was fine but super close to two different roads on the corner with a lot of road noise. If you’re staying there for the night it should be fine but don’t stay there for the week for a vacation. There were soft spots in the floor and I was surprised With the cleaning fee of $60 that I was asked to strip the bed and start the washing machine

Very roomy bungalow
We were skeptical about the size but it’s actually really comfortable. The beds were too high for our little kids to safely sleep on but there were spare blankets and pillows to put them on the couch. It has everything we needed for a night and was really well labeled.

Well thought out!
This was such a cute, cozy getaway! The owners thought of even the smallest details! The kitchen had your essentials, the bathroom was so spacious and stocked with lotion and soaps. For it being pet friendly there wasn’t a ton of damage or very noticeable pet evidence which is a plus as some pet friendly places mean “dirty” UNLIKE this one! The bed was extremely comfy. We never heard anyone else that was staying in any neighboring units/houses. Overall if you are looking for a cute, cozy little VRBO this is your spot. Center ally located too!

Nice Bungalow
Gretchen is great with communication!! We joined family at the lake and mostly just slept here. The house was clean, clean towels and the bed is comfortable. Had everything we needed to prepare a quick coffee and breakfast then head to the lake. There is a Kroger close by for groceries. Lots of restaurants, activities and the lake are all close to this rental.
