Lovely 2BD/1BA Unit - Fast WIFI Uptown Hot Springs

Very nice, 2 bedroom/1 bath, upstairs apartment. Flat screens w/ streaming services, WI-FI, security alarm, and gated parking for 1 car. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, and a washer/dryer. Everything you need is already there except your toiletries and food. The second story veranda is a great place to relax with your morning coffee. One mile from Downtown, and
close to Magic Springs. It can be combined with the lower apartment for a larger group.

This unit has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with kitchen, living room, on-site laundry, and balcony access.

Shared grill area located outside. Balcony access with sitting chairs and tables.

Nice retreat
My friend and I had a girl's weekend in Hot Springs and this was the perfect little apartment for that. Nice balcony to have coffee on in the mornings and the final drink of the evening. Quiet neighborhood. Nice walk to downtown area. Clean and well appointed.

This place was perfect for us! The property was clean and we loved the balcony. The bed was comfy and the sheets were super soft. The property is in the older historic part of town and has so much charm. It’s just a short drive to anywhere in Hot Springs. There is a dollar store and a gas station within walking distance. We will try to stay here first the next time we visit Hot Springs!

Great home base for exploring a great national park
If you're used to city sounds and lighting, this apartment is pleasant, roomy, comfortable and convenient for out and back jaunts to all areas of Hot Springs National Park and beyond (such as digging at a crystal mine). Brief walking distance to fetch supplies at convenience stores, and near to the cheapest gas in the area. This apartment was much better than the Uptown single room motels/hotels and still very reasonably priced. The listing details are very accurate.

Excellent Location
Just blocks from bath house row with lots of cute shops and places to eat. A coffee shop a block away, behind a dollar store and gas station. Quiet neighborhood. Place was clean and comfortable beds. Liked the porch to sit out on in the evenings.Had a little trouble with contacting the manager at first but that was due to a glitch in the VRBO app platform. I called him directly and after that everything was fine. Had great communication after that.

Awesome place
Very very clean. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed at. Check in was simple and communication with property owner was always prompt. Only a couple mins from bath row and so much to do there. Very secure spot with a gated spot to park your car off the street. Recommend the spot 100%.
