Girls weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. it has great space and the bedrooms were super comfortable. the deck space is wonderful and has a great view. when not on the lake, we were out on the deck! The kitchen was also well equipped and we were able to cook a fabulous meal there. We will rent this property again!

We had a great time enjoying Hot Spring National Park, the Botanical Gardens, and hanging out by the lake. We easily fit two families of 4. Railed and Gated large porch was a huge plus with a toddler in the group.

Visit to Hot Springs Arkansas
It is a very nice property and the house has been well taken care of. The updates to the house were well thought out. We came to Hot springs to go to the horse races. We were impressed with the house and it was conveniently located for what we wanted. We plan on returning when we can.

I book several striper fishing trips each year. Finding a place to stay where I can entertain my friends and enjoy an evening before fishing is great. The house was clean and well stocked with plenty of cooking and dining accessories, the view from the back deck out onto the lake and private.

You won’t find a better place!
Very comfortable house for our family! The house was clean and so welcoming. We love that each individual family could have their own bathroom. The kitchen was nicely stocked with every thing needed to cook meals. We were lucky enough to have warm weather in December to enjoy the deck a little. The location can’t be beat - close to everything but far enough away to relax in the peaceful environment. The host was amazing and very accommodating before, during and after our stay. Look forward to returning soon!

Fishing with Friends
I took a group of business associates on a striper fishing trip on Ouachita. We stayed the evening before at this Lookout Point property. The back deck is perfect for drinks and conversations. We cooked out and enjoyed a great dinner before hitting the hay. We departed from the boat ramp at Ouachita about 5:30 AM and caught our limit by 6:35. Back to the Lookout Point house for breakfast and on our way home by noon. The house is set up perfectly to host friends and colleagues.

Perfect! Plenty of room!
It was a wedding weekend with five adults for 5 days. The couples had their own bedroom/bathroom area. The mother and son had private bedroom and shared a 3rd bathroom with plenty of extra sleeping areas if needed. There was lots of living space indoors and outdoors. Sitting down at the dock in recliners, and outdoor on the covered patio was incredibly peaceful! They even had an extra bbq/sitting area outdoors. Peaceful neighborhood, but only a ten minute drive to anywhere in HotSprings. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect! Right on the water and super close to Oaklawn. The house also accommodated the 7 of us comfortably. The only complaint I have was the place was dirty. The outdoor furniture was stained, the rug inside looked as if it has not been vacuumed in months, along with the couches in the living room that were also covered in stains. Also, due to there being 7 of us trying to get ready all around the same time, the breaker kept blowing when using hair dryers at the same time, leading to us having to constantly reset the breakers.

Secluded and Cozy
Very private, cozy home in a super convenient location to many places to eat, shop, and not too far from downtown and the tourist sites. Very clean, well stocked, beautiful decor, nice dock, and beautiful outdoor areas. One bed was pretty firm with unattached headboard, but had enough beds to accommodate us. I didn't realize in the posts that the 2 kayaks were smaller plastic ones rated for only 130# so for any standard or larger adults, you will need to rent or bring your own. We really enjoyed our stay here with easy check in, clearly stated instructions, and easy access to owner. Would definitely stay again.

Great house!
Our stay at this house was great! We loved that everything was on the same floor. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was convenient to grocery and convenience stores among other things. However, it’s not remote if that’s what you’re looking for. There is a motel across the street from the entrance and what we thought was a condo building next door. The kitchen was decently stocked. Our only complaints were that the single-cup Keurig was finicky and just wouldn’t work sometimes and that there wasn’t a crock pot to use. The star of this house was the outdoor patio!!! We spent most of our time out there. There’s plenty of seating at the table with chairs and the couches to lounge, watch tv and enjoy the lake. The dimmable lights were great to keep bugs away.

AMAZING, AWESOME, THE BEST!
Wow is all we can say! This property was PERFECT! It's hard to tell by the pictures, but the layout is amazing. Everything is on one floor, so you walk into the kitchen, continue straight. On your right there are three bedrooms: Bunkbed room, a Bathroom with a shower, Queen bedroom, jack and jill bathroom with an entry from both that queen bedroom and the king bedroom. The living room, dining room table and kitchen are in the middle of the house, and then another king bedroom with its own separate bath with a shower. Each room had a ceiling fan/light and a really nice bonus was a sound machine with an attached night light - those came in helpful in every room! We had essentially 3 families (2 adults, 2 kids; 1 adult, 1 kid; 1 coach) staying at our house and it was the perfect amount of space. Our kids kayaked and kayaked ... and kayaked. The covered deck was a HUGE bonus for us. This house isn't brand new, but the layout was very well thought out and the owner was fabulous with communication, even offering texting as an option which was so nice! Once you get through the booking with Evolve you'll have everything you need and can communicate freely with the owner (I was nervous about that b/c Evolve seemed to really block the communication up until week of arrival, but it all worked out). While we were in Hot Springs we LOVED: Sam's Pizza (such good food, but not fancy at all), horseback riding at DeGray State Park - 20 minutes from the house and such a nice, calming experience), Superior Bathhouse Brewery (nice outdoor patio, but eat inside for a better selection of food) , Purple Cow (diner food , shakes and beer). If you're coming for softball, both fields are within a 10 minute drive of the house - perfect for those early and late games! We are so grateful to this family for letting us borrow their house for the week - we loved it! You will too!
