Hot springs golf trip
This is a very nice property and very well appointed. The only thing missing was any kind of bath soap in the downstairs bathrooms, which was a minor inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the place if you are having a family gathering. Sleeping and bathrooms are divided such that everyone has privacy, but also has great commons area. Fantastic for relaxing outside. Best Verbo experience ever.

Very beautiful house!
This house is very nice. The beds are comfortable, baths are large and the living areas are beautiful. The kitchen is a little small but well equipped. The location is beautiful with a deck that you can enjoy the scenery. We would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful home
The house is very beautiful and comfortable. There are two separate living areas if you want privacy. There is plenty of seating for relaxing and eating. The bathrooms are large. The kitchen is a little small but well equipped. We will rent this house again.

Beautiful modern property on quite golf course
The title says it all - this property is beautiful, has all the modern amenities and is located on the Diamanté golf course (which is private so extra quite) but don't let that scare you away if you have kids. The house has very comfortable beds, is well stocked if you plan on using the kitchen and comes with plenty of beach toys/chairs if you plan on heading to the beach at lake balboa. The management company - Evolve - was super easy to work with. A few days before our check in they sent me all the property details and on check in day a local contact texted me. I will definitely stay here again on our next stay it's rare to find a newer house with modern amenities in hot springs village.

Nice house with potential.
The house was very nice, however the owners had recently purchased it and it wasn't quite ready for guests in my family's opinion. There were minimal toiletries available and you could see that the owners were still remodeling. There was an extra refrigerator in the downstairs gaming/family area that wasn't plugged in. There was a nice pool table to play in this area too, however there was not adequate space in which to play. We loved the deck area and sat out there to enjoy the view of the golf course. The house is not toddler friendly, but geared towards older kids and adults. During our stay we had to contact the owner/property manager to ask for more toilet paper, which goes back to the minimum toiletries. The extra toiletries were brought while we were gone and whomever brought them went throughout the home going into each bathroom to restock. While we were grateful for the restock, we are not overly thrilled that someone went through the house where our personal affects were out. While nothing was missing, i would suggest that from a liability standpoint, it would be better in the future that items be left by the front door on the inside. While my family and i are very laid back, others could view it as an invasion of privacy and could claim personal items were "missing". At that point it could become a liability for the owner/property manager. We have stayed at several properties in hot springs village in the past 4 years and they all have high abundance of toiletries and kitchen items designed to make you feel at home. I do believe this property has the potential to be great for guests, but the owners/property managers need to finish up remodeling, fully stock the house with extra items so families/guests wont have to contact anyone, and not have as much clutter throughout the home. The example I use is in the Master Bedroom, the night stand sticks out in the walkway going into the master bathroom. Some of the furniture could be scaled back just a bit to make movement less cluttered. Overall the stay was good and the house has great potential for the future.

I loved this house and location. Only thing I didn’t like was after 10pm you have to drive to the other gate which is almost 30 minutes away from the house. There is only two ways in. Besides that this house was perfect

Great property visiting family in Diamante Community
We had a family reunion in Diamante and the property was very convenient to family with nice accommodations. The pool table was a hit with the teenagers. Had a small issue with fruit flies but property manager was very communicative.

Girls Trip
Great house with plenty of room for 7 women! Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, nice outdoor space. Chris was a great communicator! We enjoyed playing pickleball two mornings and the pool one afternoon. It was about 35 minutes to downtown Hot Springs but was an easy drive.
