"This was a great place to stay while I visited friends in Cleveland. Cafe, bar and restaurant all on site; room was spacious, clean and had an extremely comfortable bed. But what impressed me most was the extremely welcoming and smiling staff. From check in to check out, every staff person I encountered was pleasant, said hello, inquired about my stay, and gave hospitality a new standard. I highly recommend for this reason alone, but the comforts of the hotel didn’t disappoint! "

"The pool area looks like a horror movie set. There are several lights out, and the humidity was making the lights rain. There was visible mold on the walls, and the water was cloudy.
