Was told at check-in at the beginning of the 3 night stay that the room would be cleaned and towels exchanged every other day. When we got back for the second night we found that the room had not been serviced - wife was able to go to lobby and get fresh towels but we were disappointed that they didn't do what they said they would. The hotel is definitely on the older side and not it the most desirable area but they do try to keep it clean. They should also provide a hot breakfast to be competitive with others.

I reserved this place for the free breakfast for my 81 year old diabetic mother in law. She needs to eat often to keep her blood sugar levels low. But I was disappointed. I have NEVER been to a hotel that stopped serving breakfast at 8 am. She had to buy a crappie microwave egg burrito.

The hotel was in average condition. Elevator was not working so we got lucky with a room un the 1st floor. Rooms could use and up date but overall it was ok for the one night stay!

The staff is always great! This is the second time we’ve stayed here. It’s right off the expressway. There is a gas station next door. Easy car rental fill up. The rooms are clean. They also sell snacks, drinks, casual adult beverages. They have a restaurant. We did not try that though. But overall easy place to stay!

People try to open my door at night time each day I stayed. The front staff lady was rude. I asked for a few necessities for the room and she replied " is that all you need! Because I dont want to keep making trips. " I will not be staying here again.

Hotel doesn't provide daily housekeeping service so don't expect your bed and room to be tidied everyday as you'll have to do it yourself before stepping out. If you required any change of towels or rubbish disposal, you'll have to notify front desk staff which I found very unsatisfactory. Also, the housekeeping staff that came to my door on the odd day asking if I needed any spare towels (I think that's what she was going round the rooms for) didn't speak English. I don't mind not having fresh towels if there's enough for me to use but I would like my trash taken care of and when I mentioned to housekeeping staff that the bins would require changing she spoke in Spanish saying she didn't understand English. It would be ideal if the hotel ensures all employees understand and speak English as not all guests understand and/or speak Spanish. The hotel can also do well to improve the food menu to have more variety for guests. On the plus side, the location was very ideal as my relative lived just across the road. The front desk staff were all friendly and accommodating, the lobby/dining area was all spick and span.
